Had a lil miscommunication at first but they handled it real quick. Shampoo girl got me right, then Katty came through with the blow dry and had my hair laid. Now I'm tender-headed and can't do them big dryers, so I usually be picking my battles, but not this jont. She took her time and actually trimmed my dead ends without cutting into my length. That's the part that got me, cause you know some stylists be chopping the whole head when you said trim. She kept my length and my hair integrity fully intact.
