This was a perfect meal from start to finish! I only wish we had found this lovely restaurant…read morebefore the last night of our stay. My husband got the prix fixe menu with French onion soup, duck breast with sweet potato, and dessert. The French onion soup had such a rich depth of flavor and i can confidently say this was the best I've ever tried. The duck breast was succulent and perfectly cooked, with an amazing red wine reduction, complemented perfectly by the sweet potato. The dessert was apple millefieulle and speculoos with coffee ice cream. I wouldn't think of apple and coffee going together but it was a nice end to the meal. I must add that we came with our 4 year old - a tough critic - and he ate 3 helpings of the mashed sweet potatoes! I was feeling like something light this evening and ordered the veggie plate and was not disappointed. This may have been one of my favorite veggie plates I've ordered - there were so many flavors to choose from, it was definitely my kind of meal! From the eggplant layered component, to the light yet complex broccoli soup, to the potatoes, everything was excellent. But the star for me was the garlic mushrooms - I wish I knew how to make these! My husband and I talked about how much we enjoyed our and how we must try the escargot and foie gras next time. This is a must visit on our next trip to Paris!!

Service was friendly and the restaurant was cozy, I liked the mural on the wall as well. It was a good location from our hotel and we didn't have reservations.

How was flying out Charles de Gaulle Airport the next day and I just arrived from Frankfurt Germany…read moreby train when I looked up a French restaurant near the Gard du Nords train station and found BB. Luca was my server and he was very welcoming in hospitable to this weary traveler. I sat on the patio towards the end of the row so I could take in the atmosphere and people watch a bit. Luca Recommended a meal with a mashed potatoes and sausage with French bread and salad and it sounded tasty so I gave it a go! All the flavors went well together; mashed potatoes were well seasoned the sausage had a good flavor, and the salad with the vinaigrette added a crunch in an extra flavor as well. I drank a French hard cider while I gobbled up my meal, which also was new for me and tasted great after I was done my meal. Luke brought me a shot with rum and some other ingredients, including lemon that definitely hit the spot after a good meal.I recommend Brasserie Belanger for anyone near GDN Train Station that enjoys great food and patio dining. Cheers!

The restaurant itself isn't small, but really not big, so it's definitely worthwhile to make a reservation at least a week or so on advance, otherwise you're pushing your luck. Everyone ordered steak frites (2 rump steak, 2 flank) and no one was disappointed. Steaks were cooked to order, although medium here in France is more like medium rare in the States, just be advised. The restaurant itself is lively and fun with lots of chatting, laughing and good times being shared. Desserts were Crème Brûlée and Apple Crumble, neither of which were disappointing. We definitely enjoyed our dinner and would likely return again. This time with a reservation made well in advance.

A family style restaurant just a stonesthrow from Paris Orly airport. I missed my flight back home…read moreand decided to stay at the airport hotel. Just 5 miles away, a short Uber ride and you are transported to a decent establishment, clean and with a tourist friendly menu. Foie gras is decent, as good as any restaurant in Paris and wine is good too. The quality of my ribeye was not on par with something I would get in the USA for the same price, but you've got to be grateful for such nice establishment and the down to earth prices. Now I know where to go if I ever get stuck at Orly again!
