His workers broke one of my solar censor light, and they did not install the gutter guard correctly on the patio that it leaks when it rains. I sent all these pictures to him on April 18. He said he'll come by to fix it. It is July 22, it is not fixed. I started calling him last month, to see when he'll come and fix, plus the guard that they installed did not secure properly and leaves coming down the gutter, clogging on this sprout. Victor said he will come by last Friday, which he did not show up. And I've been calling him almost every day to this week, I've been texting him, leaving him voicemail, and also sending him email. I'm very disappointed in how Victor is handling this situation. I know he's reading my text messages. I hope he comes and fix this issue otherwise I would have to proceed with Legal complaint. They had done it once after the hail storm in the 90's and when it was time again, we called them back. The Sales staff and job manager were clean, polite, and very understanding. They worked around my schedule and bent over backwards to make sure that everything was done right the first time and avoid any miscommunications. They used extra wide valley flashing, new metal edging, and roof vents, and they even put down tarps during tear off to make yard cleanup easier. They packed out all their trash and left the yard in great shape. I hope mother nature takes it easy on this roof, but if not the Bogarts will be my first call for a third time.

Seriously, I did a ton of research. I had many quotes. In this process, I ended up talking with Harvey. He sounded like the most genuine person I have met in a long time. He, beyond thoroughly, discussed with me the things I wanted to know, and he had so much knowledge and seemed to unquestionably care about the jobs they do. I felt they would not cut corners or let me down and they didn't. Harvey made the project begin in a timely manner and when they started they arrived early in the morning and worked until dark, and then he told me they would be back the next day to do finishing touches, and they were there first thing the next morning. They completed the finishing touches that morning and then Harvey came again that evening to re-magnet for nails again. He picked up tiny pieces of trash and went over the entire area again with the magnet, and then went over the drive-way area two more times. I bought a Class 4 shingle and he sent the warranty information for me and sent me a paper to give to the insurance company for the substantial discount on my home owners insurance. Harvey was also on site during the installation of the new roof and he sent pictures to me of what they were doing. He made sure the structure of the roof was good and showed me where they needed to replace decking. I feel that I received a roof that is more solid than what I had and that he did not cut corners, nor did he do un-necessary things. The products looked very high quality and he showed them to me and explained everything about everything. I felt I did not have to wonder or worry about anything. His bid was very reasonable and I felt was extremely fair. In any industry today where we have to hire someone to do a very important job for us, and we have to trust them, and everything is complicated to death and stressful, it feels incredible to find a trustworthy person to hire. Harvey made the entire thing uncomplicated, and I felt at ease. I did not experience any fear as to how it would go. My favorite word for Harvey is genuine, and after spending the time with him and seeing his character, I did not need to continue looking. I would say to you to look no further than this company. If you want to do your own research, of-course do, but if you wish someone already has done that and found the best to be found, then give yourself a break and just hire Harvey. (Way over 5 stars.)

I have been using this company since Jan 2018 and this past Monday was my last day. We have a 2…read morebedroom house with a study and 2 living areas. We paid $125 every other week (biweekly). When we first started using Scrub & Grub we were impressed. Of course, there were little things to get worked out as with any new company but nothing major. Jennifer is the owner of the company. When they first started she assured us we were on her route and would come with someone else to help her. Over time, she started sending others to come and clean our house that did not have the same level of detail as Jennifer. With the various other crews we would express to Jennifer what our expectations were. I personally do not like going behind someone that cleans our home but I felt like I always needed to when other crew members would come. When I told Jennifer she would tell me it was hard to find good people (reference her Google reviews with various comments from people who have worked for her to learn more). Some of the things that were concerning to us were: 1. Mopping with filthy water. I noticed that our floors were streaked when the cleaning crew was finished. I literally had to clean my mop and go back over the floors to remove the streaks. I also know the floors were mopped with dirty water because sometimes they wouldn't dump the water and would leave the bucket and mop out for me to dump and clean the mop. When I started realizing this I expressed it to Jennifer and she said she would speak with them but if I was home, I felt like I had to go behind them and check and then ask them to change the water. 2. Trash cans were consistently missed and not emptied. This past time, Jennifer even came by herself and did not take any of the kitchen recycling or trash outside. This seems to be a common practice among other cleaning crews. 3. Rugs - Corners were not lifted before vacuuming or sweeping. Multiple times I asked for this to be done. 4. Raised furniture - apparently it's considered a deeper clean if you ask them to run the duster mop under them. They would do this sometimes with out charging extra to go under our sofa but many times this was not done. 5. Guest bathroom was not cleaned. When I inquired about this I was told "it looked clean." 6. Thankfully nothing in our home was broken. I went in to speak with the crew once and casually, one of the ladies put her shoe up on the side rail of our velvet upholstered bed. I asked her to remove her feet off the furniture and I did speak with Jennifer about this and she just referenced not everyone has the same common sense. I did hear Jennifer speak with her staff about things being broken at another house but it was not our house. 7. Inconsistent arrival times and changed schedule of days with minimal (evening before) notice. We started with a consistent agreed upon date but in the end they started changing the date on us. Her mother, Anna, does the scheduling for her. She has had some mishaps in her life which she was vocal about and we tried to give her leeway but the messages from her started becoming more random and she would forget to put us on our regular scheduled day. This past time I called her and asked Anna what was happening and she said she didn't know we worked (had a job) or had a specific day. People count and plan around their "cleaning days." I asked Anna to ask Jennifer to call me. Jennifer did not call me but instead sent me a text message saying "Let me be real honest here....my staff has requested not be sent to your home due to you making them uncomfortable. I am trying to continue to serve you by volunteering to do your home personally. As you have requested numerous times" So, let's get this straight...if I am paying someone $125 each time they clean my house...no one is "volunteering" here. If you change our agreed upon arrangement, it is your responsibility to communicate that and come and train the people you send to our house. I honestly do wish Jennifer the best. I personally like her. I did not have any issues with Jennifer when she came to clean our home but the overall service and the way the business is currently being run is not a service I want to continue to use.
