Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Do not be concerned with Zelle-ing the owner directly.

Instead of answering professionally, Keith (VP) responded twice with dismissive, condescending replies, accused me of "micromanaging," and then canceled my proposal without any attempt to resolve the conversation. I never questioned their work quality, but if this is how they handle a customer asking basic questions before signing, I can only imagine how they'd handle an issue after installation. Chose to go elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend if you expect basic professional courtesy.

I received an estimate from Metroplex Gutters for 6'' gutters installed on my house which was very competitive. The associate was very quick to schedule the estimate and was very thorough in answering my questions and concerns. This part of the service was great. I informed Metroplex that I would be getting estimates from other companies and that I would contact them in about a week if I decided to go with them. A week later after reviewing all the estimates, I chose Metroplex and called them to have a few changes made to the downspout locations. I discussed the changes and also emailed them what I wanted, and was told I would get a call back the next day with the updated price and scheduling. The next day, no call. The second day after, I decided to call them. Again I discussed the changes, was given a new price estimate, and was told that they were unsure of scheduling due the owner being out of town in the next few weeks, but they would call me in the morning to schedule and work out payment. The next morning, no call. The 2nd day after, again no call. It's now 4 days since being told they would call me and I have not received any call. At this point, I think it's a little ridiculous I've had to continually reach out to Metroplex to schedule installation, even after being told they would reach out to me multiple times. I guess my business/money isn't worth it to them. If this is indicative of their customer service when I'm trying to give them my money/business, then I question if their 7 year labor warranty means anything if I were to ever need repairs done.
