Our visit to this restaurant was a total train wreck. I understand that they are low staffed but this had absolutely nothing to do with it. It went like this... i asked our hostess for a table and she led us to a booth. I asked her to give us a table. We sat down. Our waitress came promptly and we ordered a regular margarita with salt on rim and a rum, diet coke with a twist of lime - plus a glass of water each. 5 min. Later she brought the water. 10 min later she came and asked if we wanted slushy margarita or reg. Ahhh...regular. we sat another 5 minutes until i flagged her down and asked for our drinks. In the meantime 3 of the tables filled up around us. She brought the drinks and hurried off without taking our order. She proceeded to wait on and 10 min. Later take orders from those tables and then bring them bread. I stopped her again and asked her to take our order and bring bread. Was like we were invisible. I ordered a steak, pink in the middle and 35 minutes later we flagged down this man and asked where our food was. Keep in mind that all the tables that came in after us already had their food and was eating for a good 10 min. He huffed to the kitchen and brought it out. Sat it down and walked away. No steaksauce, no keychup. My steak was blood red. We were starved and just ate. We were about done and this lady came out and said "was there something wrong" sooo we started telling her because at this point we had gone straight to PISSED! She immediately got the victim, omg you're yelling at me attitude. Sorry lady but you're not the victim here. Anyway after a few unpleasant minutes she asked if i wanted another steak. I told her no thanks i didn't want to wait another hour there. My friend told her that we shouldn't even have to pay. She huffed off after actually making us madder. The waitress brought the check....full price, one check...i had asked for seperate. We were paying for it by card when the manager came back and plopped down a check for the drinks alone and said you pay for your drinks. I paid for them. Left $0 for a tip and we left. I feel that after waiting over an hour and 15 minutes to eat and then it not be right...actually NOTHING was done right...and I'm not just being a bad consumer...they totally screwed everything up and then got all upset because we got mad and said something. After waiting that long and still being disappointed NO we did not want to be brought anything else and because we voiced how we felt about it NO they were not the victim in this situation even though they were short staffed. Sausage and pimento was delicious. Bread that came with was to piss ya off. Get the side of crackers. Grated parm was not offered. Had to ask. I love cheese. No harm no foul. Johnny on the spot when asked. Tomato basil was very very good. All in all worth 4 stars. Will definitely come again. read more

Everything we've tried here has been excellent. We love Burger and Brew night. It's hard to decide what to get sometimes, because everything has been so delicious... it's a struggle between wanting something you've had before and trying something new. Clean, friendly, good service! read more

Appearance wise, they have the look of a very nice place to eat. Yet, the hostess did not take our seating requests, rather sat us where she wanted. The service was poor in general. It wasn't busy at all and we had to wait for at least 5 minutes for a server to be found to take our drink order. That took another 5-10 minutes to get a coke and a beer. We ordered and waited at least 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a chicken salad sandwich. One item was forgotten by the server, then after she gave us the check she remembered and didn't offer to take the missing item off of the bill. Instead she sent coleslaw home with us. Lastly if you like Kenny G, you will love the background music to fall asleep to while you wait. This place has no identity. I have always liked Aubreys but the service has gotten poor and Covid cannot be a permanent scape goat. Yesterday when there it took nearly an hour to get our food from being seated and it was 4pm! The manager was roaming around but was more interested in chatting with some of the customers than helping out. They need to get back to their expected level of service or the customers will slowly go elsewhere read more

Sat down at a bar top to watch a college football game. After a 15 min wait we still had not be approached by the wait staff. There were 4 employees standing in the bar area looking on their phones and talking to each other but apparently too busy to actually do their jobs. I finally flagged down a waitress and asked if we could get a waitress. She approached the group of staff members at the bar and asked one of them to take our order because she was getting off. Reluctantly, the waitress approached our table and with a look of disgust took our drink order. I asked if a tv could be turned to a different game. She said she would have the tv turned but I knew as soon as she left the table that she had already forgotten what game I had asked for. The drinks arrived flat, the tv was never changed, and the service was horrible. We left with a bad taste in our mouths (literally from the flat soda) and went to Applebee's. read more

So disappointed in this restaurant. Visiting from out of town and wanting to enjoy a nice meal with family. We waited over 30 minutes for our food to be delivered and when it came my order was wrong. Our waitress did not return to our table as she was busy talking at another table for 15 minutes. My family finished their meal and I was unable to eat with them. Waitress offered to remake my meal but what was the point when everyone finished eating already. Very poor service and food was sub par for what they charged. Lunch with seven family members on Sunday. We waited 30+ minutes for food. My burger (ordered medium- well) was so dry that I needed water to choke it down. The fries were stone cold. Dad ordered catfish, and it was over cooked and dry. Mom's burger and fires like mine. Don't WASTE your money. Fast food is better. read more
