    Never had a problem here. Friendly service. Knowledgeable staff for the most part. For a small store they have a heck of a useful inventory.

    So pissed a Agway! Thank you for dropping the ball on my rabbit feed! 2 days out of pellets!…read more Go in to the store in person asked for the rabbit pellets. 18%, Oh we don't have that we have the 16% I can't feed that. Then told me they're going to order it to get it in the store Yesterday or today. Call yesterday twice this still don't have it supposed to be in today so what do I do drive my husband to work to go make sure I have a card to go get the rabbit feed they still don't have it they order the 16%. Why order a pellets or 16% when you already have that that doesn't make sense to me. Then get told well I'm not sure what to tell you I can call my manager but I don't know what I'm gonna do then try offer me a total different brand of rabbit food. I even told the person that's how low you can't just switch rabbit food brands like that! Anyone that owns rabbit to know yeah I have to gradually switch rabbits over slowly if you want to switch with rabbit food. Yeah I really want to give all my babies and rabbits blow and end up turning into something else yeah great great job offering me different rabbit food. Call the place where the warehouse is yeah they never even ordered the food I had wanted on top of that they said when I have a special order form filled out number one they should be ordering that food to make sure in stock for me how they don't not know so there again they dropped the ball. I can only go get the pellet food today at 5 o'clock. If not my rabbits are without pellets till Monday or Tuesday thank you a lot Agway. Call the girl Deb that works at Agway in Walpole she's the one that's been there give me nothing but attitude doesn't even say she sorry for offering me different rabbit food and I told her that if you're telling people to do that in general you are going to be causing death of rabbits or making rabbit sick from a quick switch like that so you shouldn't even be saying that if you actually no animals. She has no excuse why rabbit food is not ordered for me via my special order form! So fricken pissed off! No I'm not driving to Peterborough which is 2 hrs away, no I'm not driving to Keene or Brattleboro. You dropped the ball you fix it today! I have done everything on my part correctly! Give me the store managers number the person in charge of all Agway yet he doesn't even pick up his damn phone and he supposed to be in there at 9 o'clock so just a great freaking day! DO NOT BUY FROM AGWAY! So I hear from from Georgie the person that owns Agway. I tell him simply what happened and that the situation needs to be fixed that I have been trying for two days to get this rabbit feed that you guys dropped the ball. In the mist of me trying to explain how it led to this point the guy tells me to shut up or I can call back when I have my mouth closed. Because he can't talk and I said you can't talk after I'm done simply explain to you what happen. He hangs up on me I tried calling him back to simply tell them you cannot just switch rabbit feed cold turkey because that can cause issues he tells me no it can't.ff He then tried to tell me that over a year ago they stop selling southern state that I've never bought it from them that they've only sold 16%. That there was no way they could've ordered the 18% because they don't even have it in Peterborough. I pretty much threatened him with the lawsuit because it's getting ridiculous this is like many times they have fucked me over this is it just a simple you know not having my shavings in stock this is literally dealing with my rabbits in there G.I. track. I told him yes you guys do have in stock he just can't get it off the shelf you have to special order it which I have filled out a form which you guys have never fall through with my special order form that's another thing. He then hangs up on me again telling me to shut my mouth. I then called the store in Peterborough New Hampshire and asked the guy there and I said do you guys have 18% southern state meat breed. He says yes we have 8 in stock. So I then said well how come it wasn't delivered they don't try to, Well we tried making it right and I asked how did you make it right making it right would mean you're trying to fix the problem no way do yesterday did you try. Tryon would be taking a truck or a car one of your employees and sending them up with the feed today that trying to fix the problem but no where are you guys trying to fix a problem I'm also not driving two hours to pick up rabbit feed. So I call back and leave a message with Georgie saying thanks For lying to me about not having the 18% and your Peterborough store that yes they did tell me that you can special order it still. So you number one are an inconsiderate asshole. You don't speak to customers like that in the world where there's Customer service you should treat your customers with respect and dignity and technically they're always right in som
