Bunch of monkeys!!! Can't even fill a propane tank without drama! Limited selection of product and typically overpriced. Dead to me!

This store is great! Open seven days a week and the employees are always helpful! I always shop here when I'm in town!

I went into the store to the paint department to get some paint mixed, there was one man being helped so I waited patiently, well I stood there for 25 minutes, not once did the guy working there acknowledge me, I was standing right there in front of him, and several other people working there just looked at me and walked on by. I've worked in the retail field for over 30 years (half of it in management and training) and so good customer service is super important to me. I love the staff here. They are knowledgeable, friendly and always go above and beyond for me! I recently tried their pay-online-pick-up-in-store feature, and it was a fantastic experience! They have a great location and a good selection of materials for a hardware store. The staff is always helpful in pointing out where to find stuff. Regarding expertise its hit and miss, just don't go in their expecting professional advice. Good nursery and christmas tree operation. Prices are higher but for last minute purchases it is worth it. I wish they would remove some if the stuff outside in the front because it blocks parking spaces. The parking lot is tight enough as is and each year it seems they pit more and more displays out in the parking lot. read more

Great little hardware store and has just about everything you need. Great knowledge staff.

I wanted to buy a few items and they made me wait outside for 45 minutes while customers, who came after me, got served first. Horrible customer service. They said only 1 employee could get the item I wanted and he was with a previous customer, but they made no attempts to speed things up or show they cared about their customers in any way. read more

This store has been in the area for a very long time and recently relocated nearer to the Rt 7 exit. While they have a pleasant location and plenty of stock, there is a very serious lack with regards to the staff in the area of affability and customer service. read more

We just moved to the area and have done a remodel. We have had nothing but the best experiences with this store. The staff are friendly, The paint department is efficient and will bend over backwards so that you are happy. I love hardware stores and this one is a pleasure to visit evreytime I go. read more

Staff is always very helpful. Yesterday they had to get a ladder to get to the top shelf to retrieve a laundry rack I wanted, and the person in the plant department gave me advice on how to plant the tomato plants I was buying. Prices are reasonable, stock is complete enough to meet most needs, even though this is a relatively small town, and it's open on Sundays. That works for me. read more
