We were not sure if it would fit in the car but Jessica was so kind and helped us take the wheels off and gave us tie wraps to hold the hood of the grill in the trunk. After I selected the pieces they offered to cut them to my measurements so the 16' pieces would fit better in my van. While doing that they also offered to square up the rough ends with their saw. And they gave me a quantity discount. The employees are wonderfully helpful. A couple of years ago the manager recommended a contractor to me and the recommendation worked out great.

We asked about their tool loaner program -- something they publicly advertise. The older gentleman who first greeted us had a crumby attitude from the start. He seemed irritated by our presence, cut us off mid-sentence, and quickly denied us without much explanation. His tone and body language made us feel completely unwelcome -- and frankly, it felt like more than just a bad mood. On the flip side, the younger guy with glasses was polite, helpful, and really tried to assist us. Unfortunately, the older employee kept butting in and overriding everything, refusing to let us borrow tools even though the younger guy was clearly willing to help. It was frustrating and disappointing. We left feeling disrespected and turned to Advance Auto down the street -- where we were helped without judgment or hassle. If O'Reilly wants to represent themselves as a reliable stop for travelers and folks in a pinch, they need to take a look at who they've got at the front counter.

The assistant manager in this store, Travis, has something seriously against women. He's extremely…read morerude and disrespectful to some of the women workers there, and has been the same towards some of the female customers. The owners know this, they watch him do this, but will turn a blind eye to it. I was a customer here for a while, but stopped when I kept witnessing this. In addition, their dog biscuits and bird seed is CONSTANTLY infested. It's pretty disgusting. Go to Cheshire Horse. Atleast there they will treat you with respect and believe in rotating their stock.
