My storage location is a 5 minute drive from their store in Biddeford. It took the employee 5-10 minutes to remove the old lock. The service fee was $125 and I think it to be excessive. Comparable fees quoted online in Biddeford range $50-$95. I'm pleased with the service and the result but think the charge was excessive.

They were supposed to be delivered January 13 and still 5 weeks after that date, I had no doors. I finally asked after 11 weeks to speak with a supervisor, so I was put through to Don with the customer service escalation team. Let me just say that Don already had his answer even before I got on the phone to explain my situation. He not only said he couldn't help me figure out a solution, but said he wasn't going to honor the original price I paid for the doors and told me I had to re-order them and wait another 12 weeks for them to be delivered. Why would I ever order anything again from Don and his team at the Lowe's in Sanford??? I never will again. He just lost a $6000 sale and a future customer.
