She directed me inside, so I stood in line at the check-out but the cashier didn't know how to help me. Meanwhile, the young woman from outside entered the store and met with two other co-workers behind the counter where I was standing. They were conferring about break times and clearly couldn't be bothered. Finally, one of the young women blurted out a cursory list of requirements but offered no advice as to where to bring the paint, etc. It was really disheartening to be treated in this manner. My storage location is a 5 minute drive from their store in Biddeford. It took the employee 5-10 minutes to remove the old lock. The service fee was $125 and I think it to be excessive. Comparable fees quoted online in Biddeford range $50-$95. I'm pleased with the service and the result but think the charge was excessive.
