I went in with high hopes and every one of my expectations and more were met! The staff is personable, knowledgeable, and so sweet. I don't have any problems or apprehensions about the dentist going in as I'm not afraid of the dentist and I'm fairly easy to work on, what I didn't expect was the ease I was set at even being someone who's not scared. I initially went in for a cleaning, they squeezed me in the very next day after my call as they had a cancelation. Their waiting room is cozy, it has plenty of chairs an easily accessible bathroom, and a children's play area. I was called back promptly at my appointment time and my dentist hygienist was very nice and gentle. She offered me laughing gas for the cleaning and I declined as I didn't need it for what was being done. They called my previous dentist to get X-rays so I wasn't charged double for X-rays on my insurance that may not cover it. I came in the next day as well to have a cavity filled and the experience was the same. I was brought back by the dental assistant and she brought in the doctor who stayed with me the entire time. He never once left between numbing and was attentive and made me feel welcome. I was offered the laughing gas and headphones and I was surprised how quick and efficient they worked. My one filling took approximately 3.5 songs long before he sat me up and set me on my way. They also corrected some bite issues I was having from previous work at another dentist. I left happier than I could have imagined going to a dentist. Edit: minutes after posting this review the dentist who worked on my teeth called to check up on me and ask how the filling and my bite were doing. This is some of the most personable caring service I've ever gotten and I will absolutely be going back!

I have never had a bad encounter. Dr. Diehl is kind, compassionate, professional, and a very skilled dentist. Because of his expertise, I still have my natural teeth. What a relief! He always has a smile and nice words for his patients. I look forward to my visits to see him and his staff.
