Now it's rare I write reviews, but after seeing some negative ones, I wanted to share that our experience was actually excellent. The service we received was truly exceptional, and I felt it was important to counter the negative reviews with our positive experience. Our visit was fantastic, and I'm glad to share that! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the owner, Frali, who was at the front counter. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Even though we didn't have an appointment, Frali got us in immediately without any hassle. Both my mother and I had pedicures, and the atmosphere was calming, and the staff made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Two weeks later, while I was back home, my mom called to say she can't wait to go back. Both ladies were so sweet and did amazing!! They are pros. On the day of the wedding, they arrived early to my house. I was a little nervous they did my makeup so early in the morning since my wedding was during the early afternoon. Luckily my hair and makeup stayed in place all day. Also enjoyed the facial they offered which helped the makeup last longer. You get what you pay for - meaning that you could go to Ulta or Sephora to have your makeup /hair done, but Red Stiletto artists will conveniently come to your house, which is so helpful.
