The frustration caused by this ridiculous system is enough to make me consider moving to another pharmacy after a decade of using this one. It's seriously that bad. Absolutely infuriating to deal with. Someone had a solution looking for a problem and fixed something that was not broken.

It just seems that having already seen her once before they could've handled the situation with more poise and much better bed side manner. She's in pain and getting around is very difficult for her.
