Dr. Naini was very kind and explained everything that needed to be done with my root canal. It's also important to note that she explained she was doing while it was happening, putting me at ease. She makes sure patients are comfortable with numbing appropriately. Also told me clearly what next steps were with my other dentists office as far as a crown, and other suggested work. From the time I the office until the completion of my I was very much satisfied with the expert and professional attitude of the staff. The receptionist met me with a smile and insured. I was all set for my appointment afterwards I was met by the dental assistant and explain the entire procedure for my root canal. Dr Naini also explain the procedure and asked me if I was comfortable. What I like best was she offered me a blanket in case I got cold. I had chose this place because of the good reviews. But I'm never coming back. I had filled out my patient form and wrote a note to not say something out loud so my friend wouldn't hear. And since i got called back i had mentioned it to them and the dentist immediately blurts it so LOUD for everyone to hear. And they treated me like an inconvenience. The receptionist and dental assistant were kind about it but I can't believe the doctor would act that way and the other staff. I was taken aback. And felt like my privacy was violated. read more

I highly recommend Dr Naini for root canals. She's done three for me over the past ten-ish years. It sounds odd, but I look forward to the experience. She and the staff are like a fine oiled machine. I've yet to experience any pain from this procedure. Today is no exception. Watching her with the drill exposes her incredible skill for this fine detailed work. The X-rays reveal masterful detail. Dr Naini is excellent both technically and interpersonally . I've had a lot of work done due to a bad bike accident and cannot recommend Dr Naini enough. She's careful to ensure you are properly numb but doesn't rush the injection so even that is painless. I've had several root canals all with excellent results. Had the honor of getting referred to this location by a dentist in Enumclaw over a broken tooth. What a pain free root canal it was this morning! Sitting her writing this out and still no pain in the jaw or gums and just in shock how smooth it went. My first root canal was a horrible experience and put off this one longer than I should've, but I can assure you that they take the best care of you and the best customer service I've experience at a dentist. If there was a 100-star rating, this is what I would give Auburn Valley Endodontics!! They are of the highest caliber in professionalism and expertise in Dentistry!! I was experiencing excruciating throbbing pain recently and due to the pandemic (I presume) it was difficult to get scheduled to see a dentist right away. I managed to see 2 local general dentist. After seeing the first one at Light Dental Studios in Puyallup, he said he did not see any decays in my X-Ray put fluoride (a bandage) on my tooth and sent me on my way, with a prescription for a $20 toothpaste to boot! The pain subsided for a couple of hours, but returned stronger and more painful. I managed to get myself an appointment with another dentist, Sunrise Dental in Bonney Lake, for a second opinion. This dentist did not see any cavaties also, called in his hygienist to check my gums, and scheduled me for a cleaning after I told him I just had a cleaning last month. He asked me my pain level and I told him it was a 10 being the highest! After all that he set me for a next appointment for the month of September, WOW! I left there feeling like a big waste of time and money. At this point I was frustrated and decided these guys were incompetent!! I'm not even a dentist and I knew it was a root canal problem. I did my due diligence in research and seeking out a professional with supreme expertise in dentistry/endontics and found ROSHANAK NAINI DDS, MS with Auburn Valley Endodontics. Collette, her medical technician/assistant is awesome! She exuded excellent professionalism and mannerism, and knew my problem was in need of emergent care right off the bat! She scheduled my appointment the same day I spoke to her and treatment was done immediately! I was soooo impressed! Dr. Naini knew right away what the problem was, treated me, and healed me! She is a God-send and I was so relieved and felt so lucky I found her. It was the best experience I have ever had w/an Endodontics a specialist in Dentistry for a root canal procedure. She performed my surgery with highly skilled expertise and I just felt I was in safe hands and never felt so at ease in a dentist chair in my whole life!! I left there so impressed with the whole experience. After experiencing so many Dentists and Endodontics in my lifetime- I can say with confidence that Dr. Naini is the best Endontist in Dentistry and I highly recommend her should you need one. I guarantee, she has proven to me to be highly skilled and supreme professional in dentistry!! They even called to check in on me to see how I was doing after the surgery, wow! Even more impressive.. I called because I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation and to send them a gift (that's how impressed I was with them) and they graciously said I didn't have to do that...so I asked where can I give my high reviews for them and that instead they would send me a starbucks gift card. This office is incredible from the staff to Dr Naini. I was referred here by my dentist Dr Lo. All the staff is very kind and patient with their patients. The office is very clean and well maintained. I had a hot tooth and it took so much work to get the pain to stop. Dr went out of her way to help me on the weekend when the office was closed. She made a huge effort to get me out of pain. I was able to get an emergency same day appointment to relieve my pain. Due to the severity of the hot tooth the root canal needed two visits and even during the first appointment when the pain would not subside, she didn't give up and kept trying different techniques to get me out of pain and finish the appointment. Her staff calls the patients to check in after the appointment which I really appreciated because I was in pain and they were able to help me. She was very helpful with pain management between the visits as my mouth was so inflamed from the tooth I was struggling to function. I am so lucky to have found Dr Naini and will use her only for all my future needs. read more

Oh my goodness I have had four root canals and I have to tell you this was the best. Dr Naini was Amazing as well as the rest of her staff completely painless professional and when I went back to my dentist and he had taken x-rays he said how impressed he was at the quality of work that was done. During these Covid virus times every precaution was taken and I felt so safe. I hope I never have to have another root canal but if I do this is the place I'm going. The cost was half of another doctor that I was referred to in Bellevue and again the professionalism and gentle nature of everyone in this office gets 10 stars but they'll only let me give you five. read more

I have to start off by saying that this is the CLEANEST dental clinic i have been to. (I've been to plenty!) The staff there is absolutely incredible. Collette at the front desk is one of the friendliest people i have met. As soon as you come in she has a smile on her face, she answers all the questions you can possibly have and makes sure that you are ready for your appointment and explains the insurance and coverage. I was hesitant going to a new clinic because a lot of dental practices make you feel like crap and don't treat you well. This clinic was sooo different. The doctor, Dr. Naini is an angel on earth. She was compassionate & always asked if i was okay during the procedure. She made sure i was comfortable throughout the procedure and did my root canal exceptionally well. Ally was the assistant and she was amazing as well! Very professional and sweet. I will be coming here whenever i have a dental problem and will recommend to anyone and everyone. read more

Very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful. Temperature checks are performed before you can even enter the lobby so I felt very safe. It was my first root canal so I was extremely anxious, but Dr. Naini and her assistant were very kind to me and did their best to put me at ease. They explained every part of the process to me and checked in with me regularly throughout. I felt no pain throughout the procedure. The worst part were the numbing shots, but even they weren't that bad. I appreciated that they give you printed home follow up care instructions as I was a little groggy when I left, so I probably wouldn't remember verbal instructions. I received a follow-up call the next day from the staff just checking on me. Overall excellent experience. read more

Dr. Naini called my husband today to explain her refund policy: That she only writes refund checks once a month and she waits for the Insurance to pay first. She asked that I remove my earlier review. However, nothing in my earlier review is incorrect. The insurance EOB is dated 4/23/18. Over the course of three phone calls to her office from 5/21 to 6/6 I was given the run-around and the issue was blamed on "the accountant". At one point they even told me "the accountant" said they had already sent us a check, but that we hadn't cashed it yet. When I asked for the check number and the date it was mailed they did not have that information. Holding money they had overcharged for as long as they did is not acceptable and not giving clear information when they receive an inquiry is also not acceptable. She should change her refund policy. read more

2 Root Canals performed in 2017. They billed Insurance company 3 different times for same teeth. each time bill was higher. I paid for service rendered in full in12/2017 but they billed insurance for 2017 prices then re billed for the 2018 price on same 2 teeth. Which was a greater increase of course for 2018. then sent me a bill saying I owed them more money. WOW! update 5/9/2018-Was contacted by dentist with a censer apology. Please note my original review was over the company book keeping practices and Not directed at the medical staff whom did do a great job taking care of my wife and making a root canal more of a painless experience. read more

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. We were about to go on our annual family vacation when I started a severe pain in one of my old RCT's. The dentist referred me to an endodontist to evaluate if the RCT can be done again or they will have to pull the tooth. All of the endodontists were out several weeks and no one gave me any emergency treatment including the one who did that RCT several years ago. Dr Roshanak took me in immediately the next day, took all the Xrays including the 3D scans right there in her office. Usually you have to go to another place to get the 3D scans done. She explained me the entire process very patiently and did everything seamlessly and flawlessly within 2 days. She not only saved my tooth but literally saved our vacation as well. The staff is extremely professional and courteous as well. Dr Roshanak is an excellent doctor and they have all the equipments necessary to take care of patients. If I ever have to see an endodontist again, I am going straight to her. read more

Nice office and staff. I had the pleasure of having a root canal thanks to my impacted wisdom tooth that really did a number to my back molar. Anyhow this root canal (my first) went good. I was nervous but the doctor offered me some gas to help calm me down. He was thorough and a nice guy. He explained everything to me. If you need a root canal go to this office. Auburn Valley Endodontics is a good place to go when your tooth is giving you a bad time. I hope I will never need the doctor's services again but if I do I will remember this office. read more

For having to get a root canal i had a great experience here from start to finish! Ive never had a root canal and have heard horror stories so was kinda nervous about it. From the minute I called to make the appointment I felt more at ease! The receptionist/scheduler was so helpful, pleasant and friendly : ) She checked my insurance coverage for me as well which was really helpful. Not to mention they got me in the same day I called due to a cancellation. Everyone at the office was very friendly and it seemed like the place ran very efficiently. Dr. Meidinger was so great and explained everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire procedure! His endodontic assistant was also great and friendly and made me feel at ease! They offer nitrous there (laughing gas) which also really helped haha. I was sent home with a thank you bag which was a great addition!
