I made an appointment to get 3 teeth extracted (all right next to each other). They promised they could do it all in one visit when I booked it, which is what I was looking for. I miss a lot of work getting teeth pulled because I am a singer, so getting it all done at once was a big deal to me and they said it was easy to do it all at once. When I arrive for the appointment I booked they decided to change the entire plan and only remove one tooth. I would never have booked with them if this was going to be the plan, but now I already had work off and had planned my whole families week around this dental surgery so I felt like I had to just do it anyways.... Turns out they couldnt even remove one tooth right. After many hours of the dentist traumatizing my mouth, he finally admitted he was too unskilled and couldnt remove the tooth, so after many hours they sent me to another dentist in the next city mid surgery while I was all drugged up and had to drive myself through traffic. The new dentist removed the tooth in a few minutes and had zero issues, but by then the day had been so stressful and they still left the other 2 teeth I needed removed. They told me recovery would take a few days. It actually tooks weeks. They said the pharmacy would have my prescription wating when I got there, but they never called it in at all. The pain pills the prescribed were nowhere near strong enough and ran out very fast so I just had to bear the pain from their poorly performed surgery. I missed 2 weeks of work while recovering. And didnt even get all 3 teeth out, so now I will have to miss an additional 2 weeks of work and lose much more income because they lied about being able to extract 3 teeth when I made the first appointment. Watch out. These people dont care about their patiants and the care they provided me is the worst medical experience of my life. They took no responsibility or accountability for their bad performance either, so highly doubt they learned anything from their horrible performance. read more

We just moved to the area and I needed to find a new dentist after having the same dentist for so long. I wanted so badly to like this place and even tried to ignore the red flags thinking maybe I was just not used to another office since my last place had been so awesome. First red flag was that the basic checkup took over an hour. I wasn't going to go back but then my tooth cracked and I decided to give them another chance. Basically, they double book their appointments so every appointment I have been at has taken double what it would take at any other office. There has been so many issues in the last two months that it's hard to write everything out so I'll summarize- every appointment takes forever - one appointment took so long that I had to pee by the time the doctor was supposed to start so then she took advantage of the time away and was gone for another 20 mins, they are terrible at scheduling management and constantly have to reschedule appointments, my crown was supposed to be ready in a couple days but with scheduling I had to schedule for the next week. When I was about to leave for my appointment I was called and told that the crown wasnt ready. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and during my last cleaning they were openly talking crap about a new employee. Apparently she was asked to prep a room before she went to break but didn't and it was extremely inappropriate. Now this last visit has been the nail in the coffin. I wanted to use the most of my benefits. I had a couple of fillings left that would use my benefits. I originally wanted to schedule two appointments but the receptionist talked me into just doing one and said the doctor would be able to do them all, great! That makes it way easier for me. Then a couple days later I get a call asking me to come in earlier so the doctor would have time to do it but it was right before Christmas so I forgot to call back and they texted. I explained my frustration of always having to change the time and they apologized. I still agreed to change the time. I showed up to the appointment and after doing one side the doctor told me she wouldn't have time to do the other side and that I would need to come back. I got upset and explained that it's the 31st I need to use my insurance that's why I did all of this and her response was that it couldn't be that much for a couple of fillings. Wow. I was so upset I almost started crying right there. She then said that she could do it but I would have to wait a long time because she has another person. It took 35 mins to even start the procedure because she was doing a deep cleaning. So again, they double book and then make the client pay for it. Absolutely horrible place that only cares about money and not their patients. Avoid at all costs!!! read more

Absolutely awful. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. I went here because they accepted Medicaid insurance. Wasn't worth it. I told the staff here I had pain from a recent filling that their dr did. The pain which lasted for weeks until I had a competent dentist fix it... I was told over and over and over by their front desk staff that pain is perfectly normal after a filling even days and weeks later. That just isn't true. Pain is NOT supposed to last more than a day or two. Period. I overheard the front t desk staff telling others, several other customers, that their pain for weeks or months was normal as well. Wtf. BEWARE FCFD gives an electric toothbrush to everyone that reviews them. This is why they have so many positive reviews. Keep that in mind folks. This dental practice is UNETHICAL for two reasons. First, my daughter had a long withstanding appointment on Saturday October 21 at 11:00am. These appointments are usually two to three months in the making because Saturday appointments are very limited. However, that is the only day that works with our family schedule. As you see from the attached picture, we were kindly reminded of our appt but was told that a different dentist was working that day and would be performing my daughter's fillings. Sure, no problem as we never see the same people as it seems this place is a revolving door with their employees. The office also called me to remind me of her appointment and that it was with Dr. Singh. Great, doesn't matter to us, it's a simple, freaking filling. Saturday morning I receive a phone call an hour and thirteen minutes before her appointment that stated, "Hi we need to reschedule your appointment today. The doctor that saw you last time is not working today, we can move your appointment to Thursday 10.26" First off, my daughter got two fillings replaced last time with Dr. Navi. At this appointment she was getting two fillings fixed on the opposite side of her mouth. Since Dr. Navi I was told is only there on Saturdays once a month, this makes zero sense. So were all patients Dr. Singhs that Saturday? Of course not. If each dentist had to stick to their own patients, they wouldn't hop around between two or three offices. They lied to me. They knew well in advance Dr. Navi was not in on 10/21 which of course we all know doesn't make any difference because any dentist can repair fillings. LIES. Also, it's interesting that if I cancelled on them an hour before my appointment I would have been charged $50-$100. They did this to us last minute and of course no one paid me $50-$100 for wasting my time and us planning our family's Saturday around this appointment. Secondly, and most importantly, I was told at my last appointment that I needed a deep clean. I had never needed one before so this shocked me. When I went in for my first phase of the deep cleaning the hygienist stated that I did not need a deep cleaning at all and was concerned why I was told I needed one in the first place. She changed my chart notes and did not charge me the copay. She gave me a regular cleaning because that's all I needed. That hygienist was honest and it reassured the fact that this establishment operates as a "business dentist" performing unnecessary procedures to garner income. Kudos to that hygienist that knew this was an unnecessary procedure. GO ELSEWHERE! Unethical to the core. read more

They tried to put false information in my chart and based on that false information they tried to charge me for services not rendered. If you are a patient of theirs, I feel that you need to watch your bill to make sure that you do not get charged nor your insurance company get charged for services not rendered. I wanted to wait to leave this review until I saw a different dentist to confirm my suspicions. I did that today. Last month I called Four Corners to schedule an emergency appointment for a tooth that was beginning to hurt a lot. I thought I had maybe the lost a filling. They were actually great about getting me an appointment quickly especially since I was a new patient. Their greatness ended there. I took the afternoon off and went to my "emergency appointment". I waited almost twenty minutes after arriving to be seen. I was then brought back and a tech did an X-ray on the tooth that was hurting. About ten minutes later the dentist came in. I explained that I thought I had lost a filling. She looked at the X-ray quickly and said that It looked like the filling had indeed come out and that I would need a crown. I was like huh? It was just a small filling. Why would I need a crown instead of just putting in a new filling? She was short with me and said you can go schedule the crown with the receptionist. Have a good day. And then she walked out. I knew exactly why she said I needed a crown. It's because they are way more expensive than a filling. I made an emergency appointment for pain, took the afternoon off and she did nothing to help me except for telling me I needed an expensive service I didn't actually need. I didn't schedule the crown and instead made an appointment with a new dentist. I had that appointment today and he took X-rays, looked extensively at my teeth and then re-filled the tooth. He never even mentioned a crown. Four Corners Dentistry is a money grab. Period. She will max out your insurance. Insist on work you don't need and spend like two minutes with you at your appointment. I couldn't figure out why this place had such good reviews and then it dawned on me. They have a sign right there at the front desk that says if you leave them a good review, they will give you a free Sonicare Toothbrush!! That explains it! lol read more

Let's face it. Going to the dentist isn't the highlight of our lives. I have extreme anxiety after more than one terrible experience. I think I came here originally because they could accommodate me short notice and were close to home. I am so glad fate landed me at their doorstep. They are hands down the most caring, compassionate and non judgmental clinic I have ever been to. They perform miracles if you have issues. Stains, wear and tear at the gums, broken teeth, pain. I always feel embarrassed going in with any issue. When I leave I'm almost in tears of joy due to their art. I have no more fear and look forward to my checkups and any work they do. The novacaine shots don't even hurt. The entire staff from the front desk, techs and the doctors are friendly and sweet as can be. Dr. Navi is the best! Thank you so much. My initial impression coming in the door was 'yuck'. The entry doors are filthy. The entryway is dusty and hasn't been cleaned well. The hygienic practices used are questionable (full garbage can on the work counter?? Same gloves worn for equipment wipe dow and patient area?) Floors are filthy. Equipment looks old when taken out of storage. The lighting is varied making very dark areas staff has 0 conversation with new patient. So important especially with young people! The place is loud and cramped areas with half dividers which makes it even less personable. Script was going to be written for high level fluoride toothpaste without ANY explanation to me. I didn't get past the x-rays. My hygentist was contracted out and wasn't prepared. It felt like the first time he worked there and didn't have the opportunity to get familiar with the environment, tools, and work station before working with customers. That might be partly on him, but 100% on the business. I was going to look past the fact he came in late and looked like he didn't get much sleep. I get it, we can have multiple jobs these days and many priorities. Asking questions about the x-ray machine, not identifying tools of the trade, and the neighboring hygentist not being prepared or professional is a big red flag. WORST experience for my husband at a dentist ever!! Extremely unprofessional and dangerous. My husband went in with a chipped filling (and no pain), the dentist left "concrete" shards in his tooth which led to horrible nerve pain, an infection and a root canal. When he called them with nerve pain (after the dentist caused it), they were too busy to see him. He had to wait three weeks with nerve pain for them to fix it and then go to a specialist two weeks later for a root canal. From a chipped filling that they originally told them they just needed to fix the filling. I suggest you go elsewhere!! read more

Solid service with people who care...it is a dentistry after all, so that is to be expected. I had to request the "power wash" Ive experienced at other places, I feel that nothing beats the deep cleaning that tool can provide. I think the "power wash" is the Cavitron or ultra sonic scaler and in their office they can do both a handscale and use the cavitron to remove tartar and stain...I just got way to technical. I've been going to this office for about 6/7 years and wasn't sure if I would continue with the new owners. I had a broken tooth and it was extracted and a bone graft added today. Dr. Dhaliwal was fantastic! It was over before I knew it and relatively painless. Really the only pain I felt was those darn local anesthetic injections and even those weren't too bad. I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy and Dr. Dhaliwal made sure I was comfortable and not laying too flat on my back for each of my appointments. Best dental experience ever. I just moved to the area and was having issues with one of my molars. After reading other yelp reviews, I decided to give this place a call. I talked to Kim on the phone and she was so nice and took the time to listen to what was wrong and was able to fit me in the schedule the next day. As soon as I walked into the office, Kim knew who I was and chatted with me while I waited - she's probably one of the nicest and funniest people I've ever met. During my appt, I saw Dr. Sugandh Relan and she was so incredibly nice as well. She confirmed that I needed a root canal, which she was able to do herself the following week. During that appt, I was VERY nervous, but the DR and her dental assistant made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They're just super friendly people that genuinely care about their patients. Went in to get a tooth cavity filled. Upon review I was told by Dr. Tran that a root canal would be required and to schedule an appt with Dr. Ludu. at a later date. I requested a cost estimate for the procedure and was informed by voice mail the total would be near $2400. No other treatment options mentioned. I called the next day and cancelled a future appt due to lack of finances. So the only solution appears to be a $2400 one. No other options. No alternatives. This totally bottom line approach for this dental practice may be a good business model for the practice but for me I am left searching for other options. I will make an effort to find a dentist who will fill or extract the tooth. No such options were mentioned here though. Thanks a lot guys. I will look elsewhere. Also, at the receptionists' desk I was asked to pay for the planned procedure up front. Not the first time I've seen this but this industry is clearly more interested in the bottom line than providing service options that the patient can finance. BTW: Dr. Tran is herself an excellent dentist. I would highly recommend her. Get the charges detailed first though. Instead of a $200-$300 bill you might get a real surprise! read more

I have been bringing my family here since we moved to Maple Valley 5 years ago and I have always had great service. When ever I have needed to change an appointment (sometimes at the last minute) they always accommodate me.
