Not a thing! 4 years ago I was accused of deliberately damaging my own vehicle that I still have today. My car sat for weeks with water in the interior, mold started to grow, they didn't honor my warranty, all the lights were on. I had to end up filing a claim with my insurance. These folks are not professional at all.

LOGAN was extremely rude to me and my family and recommending cars that we weren't looking at or were out of the price range. He was very unprofessional saying curse words acting like he wanted to fight. Can't believe Audi represents someone like this under their name

Unprofessional and rude. Felt really pressured and it felt like the salesman, Logan was attempting to intimidate us into buying a model we weren't even interested in. Ridiculous.

CAUTION - AUDI/BMW/MINI are named in a class action lawsuit due to defective sunroofs that can and will EXPLODE. I know this because it happened to me FIVE days after I bought my car from this dealership. I would encourage all potential car buyers to review the allegations named in the law suit (see link below) https://www.ktmc.com/bmw-defective-sunroof#:~:text=Kessler%20Topaz%20Meltzer%20%26%20Check%2C%20LLP,certain%20BMW%20or%20MINI%20vehicles The Salesman, Chris Burley, was completely unprofessional; he assured me the car was safe, had been thoroughly inspected by the dealership and above all was a good car for a good price. However, 1 day after I buy the car the front right head light goes out. 2 days later, the check engine light appears. After some negotiation (3 full days worth), I convinced him to fix the headlight. As I'm leaving my house, not 10 seconds go by and I hear what sounds like a shot gun behind me. The sunroof EXPLODED. Glass everywhere, had there been someone in the back seat they would have been seriously injured. When this issue is brought up, I'm told he's never heard of such a law suit and that I'm pretty much out of luck and will have to purchase a new sunroof from the dealership. However, in passing a salesman approached me and let me know of the law suit and that this isn't right. At this point, I want a to speak to a manager. Chris goes on a wild goose chase looking for his manager; 45 minutes later still no manager. As a CPA, I could not afford to wait around any longer and asked for a Manager to give me a call. Knowing that was not going to happen, I called the dealership 3 times, left 3 voicemails to what the receptionist claimed was the manager's line. I also texted Chris Burley Multiple times, called him multiple times and left multiple messages. NO REPLY - car was purchased 8/14/2020, I have still not heard back from them and have called a number of times. Complete disregard for customer safety and service, I cannot stress enough how poorly I was treated at this dealership. If you are like me and value customer service, this is not the dealership for you, hell Chris suggested I lie to my insurance and tell them a rock went through it, no words can describe the discontent that this car buying experience has caused me, not the mention the time and effort to get in touch with a manager only to be blown off. If you're considering buying from this location, please direct message me and I'd be happy to share with you the plethora of other unprofessional instances that occurred during my car buying experience. All I wanted was for them to fulfill their promise of providing a safe, reliable vehicle, but instead I'm having to get lawyers involved because they won't even give me the courtesy of a call back.

She was very helpful & was not pushy at all about making any final decisions with purchasing the car. My car was in need of a maintenance per the pop up notification on the dashboard, so I scheduled an appointment online with the user friendly website Mazda has to offer. Fast forward to my first maintenance with Mazda Paretti, I pulled up to the shaded area for service, got out of my car and told them I'm here for my first maintenance. The guy at the front desk, I believe Landon, was very welcoming. It was my first free oil change & the waiting area was comfortable, there were snacks and cool beverages. They finished everything within an hour & didn't push me to get extra services done. He pulled the car around to the front & to my surprise, my car was thoroughly washed and cleaned. My floor mats were washed and the interior was vacuumed. It's been a while since I've received any maintenance, so this was really pleasant to see. I hope the next few visits are like the first. Thank you Mazda Paretti!

I originally brought my 2019 Mazda CX-5 in for drivability issues and a check engine light. I was told the Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor needed to be replaced and paid for the repair. Within days, the same symptoms returned. After continued problems and additional diagnostics, it was later determined that the actual issue was within the EVAP system (purge valve and evaporative canister). Those repairs were eventually completed under warranty. The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of urgency and communication while my vehicle remained unreliable. This situation impacted my ability to work and required constant follow-up on my part. I ultimately had to escalate the matter through Mazda Corporate, the BBB, and the Louisiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection office before meaningful progress was made. While the dealership eventually reimbursed the earlier repair and fixed the EVAP system, it should not take months and multiple outside complaints for a customer to receive proper resolution. The vehicle is now running correctly, but the process to get there was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. All documentation related to this situation including repair orders, diagnostic reports, and correspondence with Mazda Corporate, the BBB, and the Louisiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section has been retained.

The salesman, Colin, was not interested in my request for a luxury SUV, and aggressively pushed the inventory on hand. He finally convinced me to test drive a luxury sedan, which did not provide enough space for my work needs. I firmly expressed my budget, size requirements, and desire for low mileage, but he was set on making a quick sale with high mileage, $10K under budget, and had no interest in helping me find a luxury SUV. The icing on the cake is that I am being billed for the purchase of the car that I test drove, and still waiting on Colin and/ or management to return my calls regarding this massive oversight. This false sale affected my credit when I went to a reputable dealer and made an actual purchase, and while I'm paying Enterprise's 9% loan with a subprime lender for my imaginary car, Audi on Causeway gave me 6% with my bank. That level of responsiveness and professionalism really stood out. He answered my questions, kept me updated, and made me feel like my business actually mattered. As someone who was ready to move forward, I really appreciated how efficient and straightforward he was throughout the process. It was a night-and-day difference compared to my previous experience, and because of that, Warren and the dealership earned my business. I would definitely recommend working with him if you want someone who communicates well and gets things done. Here's a shorter version too if you want to post something more quick and simple: Warren was great to work with. He got back to me quickly, had a full list of vans for me within one day, and made the whole process easy. He communicated well, answered my questions, and made me feel like my business mattered. I really appreciate the professionalism and would definitely recommend him.

I am absolutely appalled by what occurred…read more My father recently received a call regarding a vehicle that was allegedly purchased in his name, a vehicle he has never seen, never authorized, and knew nothing about. To make matters even more concerning, he does not even live near this dealership. He was informed that a woman purchased the vehicle on his behalf, despite the fact that he never gave anyone permission to do so. This situation raises serious questions about the dealership's verification procedures and how a vehicle could be sold using someone else's information without proper authorization and documentation. Whether this was negligence, a failure of internal controls, or something more serious, the result is the same: an individual was associated with a vehicle purchase he did not make. Consumers place trust in dealerships to protect their personal information and ensure transactions are legitimate. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to proceed carefully and ask questions about their verification practices. What happened is unacceptable, and accountability is warranted.

I brought my car to the dealer and they took photos of it, sealed it with crash wrap, and said they would submit the claim to Honda USA & get back to me in a few days. A week goes by, then another week...I reach out to my service advisor who says they're "still working on it." Another week goes by, I text again, no response. Double text, triple text, still no reponse. I called the dealership directly; after being left on hold for an eternity, I get transferred to my service advisor who says there are still no updates. At this point, I decided to reach out directly to Honda USA. They opened an investigation for me. After some back and forth--during which they said the dealer failed to reply to them multiple times--they say the warranty claim was denied. I now contact Royal Honda again (who, by the way, never even told me my claim was denied.) At this point, I just wanted to know what Royal Honda told Honda USA. After calling a couple times and being told I would receive the email they sent to Honda USA, I did eventually receive it. This is the entirety of the email: "Customer came in stating driving on interstate and top sunroof just shattered. No other information to provide." They did not link the photos, which show the glass shattered at an angle which would have been impossible if there was any impact from above. Moreover, it was at this point that I was told the district manager had directly denied my claim soon after it was created, and that this was performed verbally. Not sure if this is common practice, but lying to me for weeks on end knowing full well that my claim was denied is incredibly unprofessional to say the least. After finding this out, I asked the service manager to re-submit the claim with the photos, which she of course did not respond to. It goes without saying that I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at Royal Honda. Do yourself a favor and take your money anywhere else.
