He never came across like a typical car salesman. There were no hidden fees, no pressure, and everything was exactly as he described. One thing that really stood out was his integrity. Since I wasn't there, Nate actually called me personally to discuss the available protection and insurance options. Rather than simply presenting everything to my wife while she was alone, he wanted to make sure we were both involved in those decisions. That meant a lot to me because it showed he genuinely cared about doing the right thing and never wanted there to be any perception that he was trying to upsell or take advantage of the situation. The Tesla was exactly as advertised, and Nate went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled before my wife left the dealership. He made sure the registration was completed and that she was ready to drive home without a single issue. I also want to recognize Kelly in the finance department. She was just as wonderful to work with. She gave us a fair value for our trade-in without any haggling or games, explained everything clearly, and made the financing process simple and stress-free. By the end of the purchase, I honestly felt like we had bought a car from two close friends rather than a dealership. That's a rare feeling these days. If you're looking for an honest, transparent, and enjoyable car-buying experience, I highly recommend Nate, Kelly, and everyone at NOLA Motorcars. They have earned our trust and our future business.

I contacted the dealer, they were quick to respond and begin working with Nate. Nate provided all the details of the vehicles including maintenance records and previous owner maintenance records. Nate provided videos of the car and upfront out the door price. I took a flight from Virginia down to New Orleans. Nate arranged for a car to pick me up from the airport. Upon arrival at the dealership, the car was ready for delivery. The car was advertised and it was in excellent condition, well above my expectation. I took it for a test drive and within 30 minutes of returning, I had completed the no-hassle paperwork and proceeded to drive the car back to Virginia. After a 1400 miles drive the car performed like new and was a great experience with Nate and NOLA. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this team.

I have been a loyal customer for years. I purchased a 2019 GMC Terrain from them with no major issues. Based on that experience, I later leased a 2023 GMC Acadia and, most recently, purchased a 2026 Buick Envista from them when my lease ended. Unfortunately, things began to go downhill during my Acadia lease. After bringing the vehicle in for a routine oil change, the service department failed to properly refill the engine oil. I drove all the way to Harahan before my check engine light and oil warning light came on. I later discovered that little to no oil had been added after the service. This was a serious mistake that could have caused catastrophic engine damage. After that incident, I never trusted their service department again. When it came time to purchase my Buick Envista, promises that had been made during my 2023 lease process suddenly disappeared. I had been told that the value of my 2019 Terrain trade-in would be applied toward my next purchase if I remained a customer. When the time came, that promise was nowhere to be found, leaving me paying significantly more than expected. While disappointing, that is not even my biggest complaint. My biggest issue is what happened after I turned in my leased Acadia. I returned the vehicle, provided the registration, and completed everything requested of me. One month after my new purchase, GMC Financial began contacting me because they have no record that the vehicle was ever turned in so I am still being charged per month for it. As a result of their incompetence, I am now dealing with collection efforts, damage to my credit, and countless headaches trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened. I have contacted Legacy GMC/Buick Westbank multiple times seeking assistance. Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and no one seems interested in helping fix a problem that originated with their dealership. Once the paperwork is signed and the vehicle is sold, customer service appears to end. The lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability has been astonishing. I have purchased or leased three vehicles through this dealership, and this is how a long-term customer is treated. I will never purchase another vehicle from Legacy GMC/Buick Westbank, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that stands behind its customers after the sale.

Once you get it all the problems come. Bought a car from them and needed a new battery days letter. Just found out my manual key wasn't even cut! This man say it don't take no two years to know if the key cut right! If I just told you this was my first new car, they took advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge. I thought I was getting a professional dealership, but they're not. It's not until I bought a new car from another established dealership when I saw they handled me any kind of way! The man who sold me the car never showed me the key but said it's there and my keyless entry always worked. I never needed to remove it from the slot until recently when I needed it! And just my luck the Kenner location is closed down where I got the car from. So who will be held accountable no one and I have to spend my money to get the manual key carved! Go somewhere else the amount of money you gone put in the car can be a down payment for something new!

They told him it was a sensor and reset it and told him if it comes back on to wait 30 days before bringing it to a mechanic. So that's what he did. He dropped it off at dodge after 30 days and after 2 weeks of diagnostics, the motor needs to be rebuilt. The warranty they sold him does not cover a good bit of the repairs. They want him to come up with 1500.00 to have the block machined for new cylinders. Come to find out, value motors have a 30 day warranty and this is the reason they told him to wait 30 days before bringing it to a shop. They knew the truck was bad and saw a 19yr kid that has a job and was looking to buy his 1st truck. It's pretty sickening that someone would take advantage of a good kid trying to do right in life. Stay away from this place. We are currently working with an attorney on this issue.

They're trying to make a profit, and I work to ensure it's not an obscene profit off of me... no harm, no foul. Before purchasing I noticed that it was missing some equipment from the rear compartment and the dealership offered to reimburse for the Mercedes tire inflator that was missing. Awesome- I really appreciate that. However, when I got the car home and removed the advertising license plate and plate frame, I found that the Mercedes backing plate had three of the four mounting holes completely blown out and it was obvious that whoever at the dealership put the advertising plate on just used some square plastic retaining clips and self-tapping screws (not the Mercedes star drive bolts) to secure. The screws were too long and did some damage to the paint. The old backing plate is totally unusable and the "fix" was temporary at best since an actual license plate affixed in this way would've blown off on the highway. I went to the Mercedes dealership and grabbed the inflator ($320) and a new backing plate, which cost $91. I then took the receipts to Leson to get reimbursed for the inflator as agreed and ask for assistance with the backing plate, since it's pretty obvious that someone in their organization let this slip by. I even said I wasn't looking for help with the damage to the paint from the screws. I showed the salesman the pictures and receipt and he spoke to the manager before coming back to say that "The deal is done, we didn't agree on the backing plate on paper... sorry." I only would have known this was an issue had I taken off the plates before buying the car, and I don't know of a lot of folks who disassemble vehicles on the lot prior to purchase. If you're going to spend a lot of money on a vehicle and expect a dealership to go the extra mile to make mistakes right, I would hesitate to recommend this place to a loved one or friend. It doesn't take much to do the right thing... apparently $91 is the line in the sand for Leson Chevrolet.

Chevrolet (GM) failed to provide adequate oversight over Leson Chevrolet. For these reasons, I highly recommend that customers do business with other Chevrolet dealerships here in Louisiana, and consider other manufacturing companies when purchasing a vehicle in the future.
