After drop off, I received a call from Andy, asking if I wanted to have it inspected while it was here since it was due next month. Gave me a price of $40 for state inspection, and emissions. That is a solid $20 lower than most any other place I've ever had inspections done. He then inquired about my timing belt and water pump (which needs to be changed before 105,000 miles for my Pilot. I told him Honda told me 105,000 miles, so I had a good 10,000 miles before I needed it, and didn't want to shell out the cash just yet. I asked him if he had a quote off the top of his head, since I knew Honda quoted me at $899. His quote was $596!!! More than $300 less!!! I was impressed, and told him that I would see him again in 10,000 more miles. All in all dropped it off at 9am, picked it up at 11:30. Four wheel alignment and wheel balance, state and emissions inspection later..... $191. Best trip I've had at a mechanic yet! I highly recommend!

He looked very unhappy that I had walked through the door. I explained I had an appointment to get an oil change and he leaned in towards me and stated very matter of fact, " not at my place you don't". Flustered I pulled out my phone thinking I got the appointment time wrong. As I was looking through my email confirmation to show him, he explained," we are closing in a half hour and if you think we are doing an oil check on your Car 30 minutes before we close, ... You're wrong" I showed him the confirmation email that I did in fact, have an appointment. His exact words to me were." not trying to be a di*k, but it ain't happening tonight. I don't care if you have a confirmation or not. You don't walk into an establishment, 30 minutes before closing, and say you have an oil change that needs done. Doesn't matter to me when you come back, but you're not getting it done tonight." I explained that we had been loyal customers for almost 9 years with Firestone and he may want to let corporate know that the website permits appointments all the way up until 30 minutes before closing, and that they would be losing a loyal customer. He laughed. He informed me that they did not have any corporate. When I asked to speak to a manager, he snuggly looked at me and leaned in stated that they do not have a manager for me to speak to. I've never been treated so badly at a place... I will never step foot in this Firestone or any other Nine years of being a loyal customer at this Firestone is done as of that day, threemonths ago.

    I purchased a used Blazer in late Jan. and had the same experience as G.H. on this Yelp site. My…read moreJohn Sisson salesman added $699 for some kind of anti-theft tracking package, LoJack (as is my full coverage insurance wouldn't pay on a stolen car) and $499 for paint and fabric insurance. They claimed both packages were mandatory and that they were "required" to add them. I'm not blaming the salesman, I'm sure he was trained to do this, as this is mostly all profit for the dealer. Along with a $490 doc fee for these items. That's $1688 added to the advertised price of a used vehicle. I was told by the salesman that these additional costs were "included in the price of the car". Now apparently this means the cost will be ADDED to the total price of the car. I interpreted the statement as 'included' meaning I will receive these services at "NO ADDITIONAL COST" to the car; THEY PLAY WORD GAMES. I went into this dealership with some preliminary final figures. When the final figures were revealed, I realized the final cost was about $1700 more than I anticipated. I figured that this dealership was reputable so my figures must be wrong. Boy, was I wrong about "reputable". What they do is called "upselling" when buyers are tricked or pressured into buying unnecessary add-ons. As these add-ons are explained a buyer signature was requires so the dealer can say you were fully explained about these additional products, if you complain later, (they know how to cover their tracks). I never signed so many papers at a dealership in my life because of these additional products. (I recommend taking a lawyer with you if buying a car here). I was there 4 hours purchasing this car. The last time I bought a car at another dealership I was there about an hour and a half. When I got home, I went over the figures because I sensed something was incorrect. In their "Pennsylvania motor vehicle retail installment contract" I discovered these additional $1688 "up sales" are listed under "optional insurance". I wasn't told these products where "optional" by the salesman. At that point I felt I was taken advantage of, maybe because I'm a senior citizen, but I know this was a scam. The next day I went back to the dealership very upset, and at the dealer the G.M. offered a, (no argument), more than a half refund by check to me, (an obvious admission of guilt) in which it took almost 3 weeks to receive. and I made sure I cashed the check before I wrote this review. Another issue that makes it difficult to analyze all the itemized cost at the dealership is because they use a computer monitor to look at, to review all the individual cost. This prevents the buyer from going over the itemized cost line by line with a pencil or pen on paper to check-off each item as you review it, you can't markup the monitor. I asked for a printout of the documents before I left the dealer. The only reason I'm giving a one star in my review is because they did give me a partial refund for the "up sale" items. Note to the owner reading my review; Don't ask for my full name, just talk to your GM Jim F. he will remember me, guarantee. PJA

    I was charged for floor mats. When I went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle I asked where…read morethe floor mats were at? The response I got from the salesman was that they were lost or someone took them. Needless to say they never gave my daughter the mats. I can't believe that this was the response to a paying customer. Plus the add on items like the tracking device(LoJack) which they told me that would save on insurance is not true. It didt help my insurance at all. None of their add ons were optional they were already added into the price.
