It was my first experience purchasing a car from another state. Buying a car from another state presents a whole host of challenges, many of which I was not fully aware. But I became more aware of some of those challenges right away, including the difficulty in registering the car bought from a Massachusetts dealer in Illinois. Because the car market is now a national market, we really should nationalize what are now 50 different car registration requirement platforms, but I digress. At EVERY turn, Jeffrey and Audi Westwood stepped up big time and navigated those challenges in more than satisfactory ways. Jeffrey and Audi Westwood were very responsive, and nimbly and effectively navigated ALL of those challenges! For a Luxury brand vehicle, Audi and its services are awful. I purchased a brand new 2025 Q5 May, 2025. Within the first month it wouldn't take any gas. That was the first issue. They begrudgingly gave me a service techs car as the loaner, but had to put up a fight to get it. (They kept my vehicle for nearly a month.). Fast forward to yesterday, got a flat tire and called Audi Roadside Service at 8:50 am. By noon the tie company still wasn't there and continued pushing back the time of arrival. I tried Audi Roadside repeatedly for help and also tried Audi Westwood who were if no help. I was told by a Service Mgr that I should have picked the tow company to change the tire they would have been quicker. Requested another tow same issue. They took my tow but when another call came in they took that first and left me on the list even though I was assigned first. 8:50 am -4:30 pm waited for assistance to no avail. Finally had to call private tow who were great. Even plugged the tire for me. Today I tried to call to get an appointment have left messages. Crickets. No response. Which was similar to yesterday. They keep saying they will call back but never do. Awful service and Audi Westwood employees are not pleasant to deal with. Since when do companies think it's ok to not get back to people?! I purchased a 2019 Porsche from them and the bumper was broken so I wasn't even going to go see it and the online communication person Nick told me all their cars go through repair and touch ups before I take it home. Normally would not go to the dealership for an oil change for obvious reasons, mostly related to pricing. But I really needed an oil change, didn't have time to find an indie shop nearby, and I found a coupon on the website. Had an appointment at 3pm, got there on time, and got my car back around 5:30pm. I'm a remote worker and used their Wi-Fi with no issues and wasn't pressed for time but it's something to consider if you're just planning on waiting with no entertainment. There was an (expected) upsell for more service but I declined and they gave me no problems. The coupon was honored and honestly, the price was more than fair so was happy to pay it. Absolutely awful. Do not go here for service ever. Our brand new lease keeps having computer/mechanical issues. First time gave us loaner kept car two days couldn't fix it, didn't know what issue was but said if it happens again come back. It happened again - speak to someone who says bring it in I will try to get you a loaner, someone will call you in 5-10 mins. No one calls. I call back and get to speak to the rudest customer service technician I have ever spoken with who makes me repeat everything, is short and rude, and then fights with me that I am not entitled to an Uber ride bc of the reason for the visit (a computer system malfunction that is Audi's fault) and she insists on making me state out loud as if I am under oath that I have alternate transportation home (I didn't plan to sleep there without a loaner or an Uber so ...). They can't fix the error, did not keep promised service/call back, and have guaranteed we will never buy or lease another Audi from them bc of the absolutely rude service technician and a $50 Uber ride. My husband and I purchased a new 2025 Audi Q5 from Audi Westwood in February 2025. When meeting with the finance manager to go over financing, they refused to match the interest rate they advertised on their website. He tried to claim it was only for certain vehicles, but couldn't provide an excuse when I showed him it was the same vehicle listed with that interest rate. If it wasn't for my husband really wanting the Q5, I would've left right then and there. And given the problems with the car since, I wish we had left. Here's the review for the service center: My husband and I purchased a new 2025 Audi Q5 from Audi Westwood early in February 2025. In June, with approx 2,500 miles on it, it started to have a "Drive System Malfunction". The car was in and out of the shop three times and for the majority of the month of July. I'd get the call that the issue was fixed, only to drive away and have it resurface before I got home. Because it's a new vehicle, we started pursuing a buyback from Audi under the state's lemon law - and we're still waiting on that determination. I spoke to the service manager (Justin?) and he said they'd even help us with that process. On July 14th, when I went to present them with a letter officially saying we'll be pursuing the lemon law and also to meet with Justin, he refused to meet with me. And instead of providing any assistance, I was given a generic 1-800 number for Audi. One common theme I've noticed is that they don't return phone calls and do a terrible job of keeping you updated on your vehicle's status. My car is back at the dealership again with a check engine light and calls to the service manager again went unreturned. The check engine light ended up not being a big deal, but I still never got a call back from the service manager. Luckily I ended up having a decent service advisor. While the CSR, Mikayla, was exceptional, the service director Nick is unprofessional at best. I decided to service my 2025 Audi RSQ8 Performance there because of the convenience of the location. My vehicle had a full paint correction and Modesto ceramic coating applied. For this reason I declined a post service wash. The wash happened regardless and photos taken due to how horribly it was done. The result left my car covered in scratches. Nick's response was "we won't be doing anything for you" after asking that they return the finish of the car to the condition it was in before my service. This review is specific to service, not sales, but in my mind they are connected. When a customer calls with a reoccurring engine warning related issue that was seen and "fixed" by your technicians, you should prioritize getting that customer in for service. I was under the impression that Audi holds emergency appointments and loaners for these types of situations and I wish that I was offered more flexibility instead of short answers. I love the Audi brand and I'm loyal to the performance and design but based on my experiences with the service department, I'm not going to Westwood to purchase my next vehicle out of spite for how I feel I was treated over 3 different interactions over the past couple of months. I Receive emailed coupons regularly from Audi Westwood. When I scheduled the service and told them I had a coupon there was no problem. Before driving to the dealer in Westwood I called to find out if I would be required to also get rotors installed if I used the brake pad coupon. The person on the phone said it would not be warranted but yes I could just get pads without rotors. When I arrived at the dealer (40 minute drive) I was told the coupon doesn't include install of the brake pads just the pads themselves. This is the most insane thing I have ever encountered at a dealership service department. I recently visited Audi Westwood for the first time, and my experience was a mix of positives and frustrations. The positive part of my visit was working with Junior Sales Rep, Chris, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and truly did his best to assist me throughout the process. As expected, we went through the classic back-and-forth negotiation with his manager (I believe his name was Kevin). While I understand that this is part of the car buying process, the drawn-out back and forth game lasted over an hour and a half, only for manager to finally step in and attempt some last-minute "magic." Unfortunately, the deal ultimately fell through over just a couple of hundred dollars... not a huge deal, but it left me wondering why we had to go through such an inefficient and time consuming process in the first place. For the General Manager at Audi Westwood which probably answer via marketing department, I strongly recommend streamlining this negotiation process. Saving customers' time, whether the deal closes or not, leads to a better overall experience and increases the likelihood of future business. Efficiency benefits everyone, customers can get back to their day, and your sales team can focus on selling more cars rather than spending hours on negotiations that could have been resolved much earlier. The team and the service advisor named Renan possesses excellent problem solving skills, does great analysis and is very knowledgeable about Audi. They are Superb in customer service and showed that they care about vehicles but also the customers and they handled everything well, got our problems fixed and was honest about everything. Renan helped us understand the services required and offered to work with us on timing, providing a loaner. In summary we provide an A+ rating for Renan and the team and we can assure we will be returning to Audi Westwood for any future services for both our Audis. ***BEWARE Audi WestWood AT ALL COSTS*** I brought my 2013 Audi for an oil change on Saturday January 18th 2025. I droped the car off around 9:55 for a 10:30 Appointment. The service advisor quickly approached me when I walked in & took my information down. I was quoted 2 hours for the oil change along with a free Carwash/vacumm. I told the service advisor I would be back around 12:30 per his 2 hour notice & he told me no need that he would call once complete. It was now 12:45 & I had not heard anything so I called the service number & was told it would be another 20 minutes that my car was on the lift. An hour went by with no update so I decided I would show up to dealership & find out what the real story was. When I arrived to the dealership at 1:30 PM I was told the car had never went into the shop & they could put it in right now if I would wait. I asked the service manager why would I schedule a 10:30 appointment if I wanted to still be here at 3:30 & he told me that because I did not wait in the waiting room my car was constantly shuffuled to the back of the line. Upon being made aware of this information I demanded to talk with the service manager & he could not have been more useless. All he said was that he was sorry. I then demanded to speak to the General manager (Tim) & it was finally Tim who understood my issue & told me he would make this a teaching lesson for his staff. I have previously only been to Audi Brookline with my car & have never waited longer then (2) hours for an oil change so for my first ever visit to this dealership to take 3.5 hours & the car haven't even been touched is absolutely upsurd. I will never bring my car to this dealer again because of this. I would not recommended this dealer to any friends but possibly some enemies. I was in need of an oil change and was rejected twice in the same week even with an appointment and I couldn't help but pick up on the racist energy I received while being denied. The counter person looked at me and said he just can't do it. I explained that I took time off of work to be there for my appointment and that did not matter to him. When I expressed my frustration, a white woman came from behind the parts counter and asked me to leave. It's very easy for people to be dismissive when you call out racism but it's a real thing. I've been an Audi driver and customer for 5 years but I think they lost me as a customer due to this type of service. I had a great experience at this dealership. I bought a preowned car - not an Audi - and the sales staff were friendly, not pushy and very accommodating to my schedule. When some unexpected issues arose with the touch screen a few weeks after purchase, Ed Stockel (General Manager) responded to my email within 15 minutes and facilitated getting the car seen and fixed within 24 hours. He was attentive, efficient, and communicated well - both with me directly and the staff that were alerted and waiting for me when I arrived. During the sale and follow up, I dealt directly with Ed, a sales associate, a service advisor and a service technician. All were outstanding and treated me like my business was one of the biggest sales of the year despite it most definitely not being so! I will go back to this dealership without hesitation. Ridiculous. I made an appointment for an oil change and a specific issue related to charging my car, a hybrid. They informed me 2/3 of the way through the day that my car was not going to be ready to pick up as expected - so I had no car - because they were running behind. Then they told me that the person on the 2nd day who was looking at the charging issue wasn't qualified and it had to go to a specialist. That should have been known at drop off as it is what I scheduled the maintenance for in advance. They then informed me by text, while I was on calls an not able to be checking texts that my car was ready. The link they sent for payment is not able to be used without going into your I-phone and changing settings, which is just ridiculous to expect a customer to do ... NO other vendor makes you change your I-phone settings to pay on line! I called to give a credit card over the phone - they refuse to take a card over the phone. They also won't leave your car outside to be picked up at night, when it is their fault it wasn't ready during the day - you'd have to go back another day to pick up your keys. The person was super pleasant - but the service is horrible and not remotely customer friendly. I won't be back and I will recommend others avoid it. read more

I accompanied a friend to lease a car yesterday. Negotiating a car can be stressful but it's inexcusable when the dealership is the one who can't control their emotions or behavior. Ed went into went into my friend's glove compartment without permission pulled his registration and brought it to my friend. Ed did not inform my friend that he would be going through his personal belongings. The numbers for the monthly payment increased significantly . My friend did not want to pay the increased fee. Ed made an extremely rude and tactless comment saying that didn't my friend make alot of money and why couldn't he afford to pay it. I was shocked and said "your comment was rude." My friend gathered his papers to put back in his briefcase to leave the dealership. Ed reached over and grabbed the paperwork out of my friend's briefcase folder and said" You can't have this." This was so inappropriate that I could not believe what I was seeing. Ed took the paper , abruptly got up and started to walk off . I said " good luck selling cars." He turned around and raised his hand in a gesture and said in a very snarky voice 'I am lucky . I am VERY lucky" . Who would expect this kind of behavior from a GM when a customer decides to not accept a deal that changed ? Who would expect that a GM in the service industry would insinuate that a client could not afford the monthly payment? My only regret is that I did not film the interaction. I am sure that my review will fall on deaf ears and will be filed away as an unhappy customer. I believe people have bad days but there is no excuse for this behavior from a General Manager of a dealership. My friend was not rude, abusive and did not provoke this kind of response. Purchased a brand new Audi Q7 in December 2023 and in less than 90 days I have been plagued with issues from check engine light, drive assist and cruise control errors. Then 2 suspension issues that each time they told me unable to duplicate and returned the car to me. Also experienced the display/ cockpit freezing resulting in the entire instrument cluster being replaced. What's sad and disappointing is that no one from Audi westwood has gotten back to me despite requests to declare this car a lemon. I have been there a total of 3 times and in 90 days that car has been with there more than 20 days. The salesman won't respond to my texts and is always busy when I call. I got 1 email back from service saying they escalated my concerns and yet I am still waiting. The only positive feedback I have is that the service rep Mikylah was a pleasure to work with and listened to my frustrations but she is powerless to do anything. I will never recommend Audi and especially Audi Westwood. read more
