After recieving other estimates, we chose DJF Electric based on the associated cost and professionalism of these gentlemen. David and one assistant arrived on time and wore shoe covers in order to not damage our floor coverings. They had all the necessary equipment including scafolding to reach the 15 foot ceiling and drop clothes. They meticulously assembled and installed the chandelier as well as changing out several canned lights. Once the job was complete, David provided us with a final work order which was less than the original estimated cost because the job took slightly less time than what they estimated. Both men were very professional and took quality care of our home. They are the standard for customer service. We will certainly utilize DFJ Electric the next time we have a need for an electrician.

Instead of hearing from them, I received an email claiming they had been trying to reach me and that the earliest they could complete the work would be the week of Thanksgiving--over a month later than promised. I requested a refund of my deposit since no work had been done and no supplies had been purchased. It has now been three weeks, and the salesman is still "working on getting me an answer." I've since learned he wrote down my phone number incorrectly, which is why the office couldn't contact me--yet I'm the one left out $500.
