They offered $500, or having to get my 4 doors and back quarter-panels repainted. Last year it was time to redo my suspension and they helped me pick out the best suspension my money could buy and of course another solid win! Well as my dumb luck would have it, yesterday on my way home my TPMS went off I got home safely and of course I hear hissing as I pull in the garage. Of course I see some piece of metal lodged into my wheel... so the only smart thing to do is let it stay in the wheel and use my compressor in the morning when I can get into the shop. The only other thing I could do was wait until morning. I called promptly at 8am and Steve was like sure come on down. Of course they genuinely love their customers and got me in right away! I really love these guys and quite frankly their work and integrity speak for itself, I should have written this sooner, for that I'm sorry. I appreciate suggestions like that. He could have just said the unit is dead, replaced it and charged me more money. I purchased a replacement radio and it didn't work either, so I knew it was something else. I made an appointment for them to correct the problem. They stated their hourly rate and I agreed to the repair. I received a call less than an hour later saying they found the problem and had it fixed. When I went back to the shop to pick the motorhome up, I found out they only charged me for less than their hourly minimum. That's awesome customer service. When I'm ready to have any audio upgrades on any of my vehicles, this will be my go to place.
