I had to take my car for repair on December 2nd after an accident. I got it back 24 days later, they had a problem with their sprayer, oil mixed with paint. They had to sand and paint all the cars again. When I went to get my car, they just handed me the keys and let me go. I was disappointed, hoping for a little something, maybe fill up my tank that would've cost them $20, but nothing! I am an Uber driver, and this meant that I couldn't work for 24 days! I went home right away and sent a message on their website, saying how disappointed I was. I had an answer less than an hour later from the owner "I am so sorry for what happened, I was gone for a month, what can I do to make it right!" I was surprised to receive such a fast answer and told him that my car needed some love and made a list of what needed to be done, telling him to choose whatever he wanted to do on this list. I had an answer right away "bring your car on the 7th and we will do everything on the list!" I was amazed! I got my car back last night, everything on my list has been fixed. I have no word to say how thankful I am, and what an awesome customer service they provided, they really went above and beyond, and I can't recommend them enough! read more

I would not recommend this company at all to anybody came by to see if they can order a bracket for my amp steps. They said they no longer make it and cost me $1700 to get a new one so I called AMP and the bracket is on backorder! read more

we took our vehicle to Kenny's thinking it would be a good and reputable place. Took our vehicle to change upholstery and (Brandon)somehow the service advisor ended changing our already installed alarm and installed downgraded alarm without our authorization. Not only that but he also ended up replacing and changing abs sensors and took off an airbag sensor without ever replacing it. Not only that but they also wired the downgraded alarm incorrectly causing an electrical shortage affecting speedometer not working at all, the downgraded alarm they installed was faulty and a large downgrade to the viper top of the line alarm I had installed on previously. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NEVER TOOK OUT VEHICLE NOR DID WE AUTHORIZE TO MAKE ANY OF THESE CHANGES. Brandon was nowhere to be found, management would NEVER transfer me to Kenny to let him know or to at least try to correct this issues. As soon as we found out what they have done we contacted management at the time to let them know what happened we contacted Kenny's management, we took our car back to them to get this corrected. Stayed there for over 1month and they did absolutely nothing to fix this problem They are very nice to talk to but they never help to try to resolve anything. We have had the worst experience with them to the point where we are going to sue and expose this so it won't keep happening to other customers read more

I had a really great experience with all of the people I talked to. They were able to install the system in my VW's that let me lock and unlock my vehicles remotely. They worked with my schedule and even dropped me off at work when I left my cars with them. I had marks on my convertible that I had the body shop look at for an estimate and they just buffed them out without needing major work that the dealership originally quoted. Looks good as new and I love the remote unlock/lock feature. I also had a module that I added to my truck and when the Bluetooth stopped working they spent time with me to make sure that it worked without charging me more. Love these guys. I would recommend these guys for accessory install and body work. read more

I went there for a good sounding but affordable stereo and speakers and I couldn't be more impressed. I am a typical kick the tires type of shopper and went to multiple different places and everybody else was just trying to up sale and up sale. I went to Kenny's and told him what I wanted and within 15-20 minutes he gave me a quote. Told him that I needed to get the final OK from the "BOSS LADY" (wife) and that I would let him know after the weekend. After I got my permission slip on Tuesday I dropped my truck off in the morning and his team dropped it off where I live in Bixby. So I give these guys 5 Stars because they are not pushy or not trying to up-sell products onto you. If anything they will do what they can to get you the best deal for what you want. I got the impression that now I had become a nusiance, no longer a customer he (Kenny) had any interest in accomodating. No explanation given as to why I didn't get these items yesterday...seems a bit suspect. In short, I receive my remote and owners manual, still no warranty info. I would not recommend this place especially if you have what they see as an insignificant job as mine apparently was (i spent about $450). read more

It's great to find a business with nice people and Spectacular Customer Service. Best I've seen since way back in the 20th century. -- I looked up the author of the only poor review here. This guy has given only 1 star to almost every one of his reviews. Take his review for what it's worth, or what it isn't worth.-- All four times I have been there, Kenny or someone else made sure to acknowledge every person entering the building with a "Hi. Can I help you?" or a "Hi. We'll be right with you". My Hyundai dealer recommended Kenny's to install a hitch for my Tucson. I went in, Kenny looked at my car, and ordered the hitch. A couple of days later when it arrived, they called to get me in. I brought it in at 8:30 am. It was ready by noon. About a month later, I bought a wiring harness to hook up my Tucson to my trailer lights. It was more complicated than I expected, so I called Kenny's to ask if they could install this long wire harness for me. They set up my appointment. I went in at 8:30 am. Kevin, who I understand also had done my hitch, hooked up the wiring in less than an hour while I waited. That's another thing, Kenny's has a tv and plenty of comfortable seating, should you decide to wait. Then, when I went to pay, Kenny said, "It didn't take long. No charge for the installation". That was too kind! Folks, don't get your hopes up for free service. I think this kindness may have come my way because my name is also Ken. Well... maybe that wasn't the reason. Recommended by a trusted local Honda dealership. I bought an Alpine receiver/cd/Bluetooth for my car, one that had mostly five star ratings by hundreds of people through Amazon and others. I drove away with a horrible tinny sounding receiver. Only after researching and finding a $3 APP was I able to make it sound LOTS better. Audio Advice (now highly recommended by me), has already given me free advice dramatically further improving sound. They said the advice given was common and I should have definitely been informed by Kenny's (advice was that Bluetooth is the worst way to listen to iTunes (use USB port or AUX on radio panel instead). Kenny may be OK for other things such as seats, etc. but as far as audio they are horrible IMO. read more

I had a rear view emblem camera installed on a 2013 F150. Kenny's claim that they only use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts. This is because my truck was taken to them by my local ford dealer who I bought the truck from to have this installed, and if something went wrong while under warranty it needed to be the original, not aftermarket. I have a coworker that had a factory installed rearview camera system that I had seen and was impressed with - this is why I wanted this installed on mine. When I got the truck back, the field of view of the back up camera was completely different then "factory installed" cameras. With very little effort, and research on my part on the internet, I was able to find that they use the OEM emblem, but the camera is not OEM - It is not the same quality, specifications, not the same field of view, and does not have the same guide markings. The camera I received had about an 80-82 degree field of view vs. the 150 degree that is on the standard OEM camera. I could only see on an angle down to the ground a little over 20 ft. behind the truck, and no higher than the camera. I had my 5 and 8 year old sons stand behind the truck and I could not see them head to toe at 22 feet in the camera or rearview mirror. When I told the manager at Kenny's about the difference in the degrees of the field of view, he shook his head and said that this was too complicated for him - my junior high school son measured the angle on the camera for me. I also was able to show Kenny's the image difference with a picture I took of both the rear view camera on a Ford lot, and the image advertised on the Ford website for the rear view camera on a 2013 F150. Kenny's still stated that it was OEM. He tried to show me the box that it came in as proof - it was just a white box - no evidence of being an OEM camera. My local dealership sends a lot of work to Kenny's to get done - the local dealership understood the problem and has offered to pay half with me - $400 each. (they had already paid Kenny's) My dealership is still working with me to find a solution of how to order the OEM camera to have a good field of view. The field of view I currently have will help he in hooking up something to tow, but is completely useless as a safety backup viewing system. It appears Kenny's did the wiring and installation of the rear view camera correctly, but the rear view mirror also does not appear to be OEM compared to trucks on the lot. The mirror appears to be "according to OEM standards." This is a common phrase when looking at different web sites that sell the camera and mirrors - all claim to have the OEM blue ford emblem, but the working parts are not OEM. - The mirror appears to work, so not a battle worth fighting. After picking up my truck and having Kenny's installer and manager say that there was nothing wrong with the field of view, I went to a large Ford dealer very close to Kenny's to look at what the 'on the lot' truck camera images were like. The general manager was happy to have me look at his 2013 truck that had a factory installed emblem camera and agreed with how terrible the camera I received was. He told me they had to quit using Kenny's because when they had a problem after Kenny's had done the work, Kenny's would not fix it correctly. Stay away from this company - not upfront on parts they use, and plays dumb when they are called on a problem with what they have installed. How hard is it for them to go look at what a factory installed camera's image is? I should not have had to do this for them. They said they had installed 7 the week they installed mine - all apparently bad, but the other owners must not have known they were not getting OEM image quality. On their web site Kenny's claims, "WHATEVER IT TAKES." This must refer to whatever it takes to make a profit and get you out the door whether pleased or not. They had no answer to why the camera they installed was not like OEM and this has left me to deal with this problem with my local dealer. read more
