This company applied door film guard to my new vehicle I purchased from Mark Allen.(which I did not request, but they apply it to all of Mark Allen's vehicles) They did a very poor job, to the point that I had to take it to a better qualified business to get it redone properly, so that Integrity would pay to have it redone. They also cut into my new vehicle by cutting the film while on the vehicle. I am in negotiation with them now for compensation. They offered $500, or having to get my 4 doors and back quarter-panels repainted. I would not use this company, and if you have, look closely at the job they have done, as it is not noticeable, unless it is pointed out. read more

I have always found the service fine and very helpful. I have returned Amazon items sent faxes and used copy machine. Done well and no over charging. If they help you use a machine or package something they are charging for is time not the service or item used. Never a problem. read more

I check with other businesses and their estimates were in line with the original quote or less. I'm very disappointed in the dishonesty, I don't recommend. read more

Integrity is just one thing of many that Integrity Customs L.L.C. DOES NOT have. My brand new 2015 Scion XB was sent to them by the dealership to have a $500 car alarm system installed and a $500 roof rack installed. What I got back was 200+ miles on my car, a $50 alarm (that didn't work properly) and a tiny $75 roof rack that was for a much smaller car, they also drilled the holes out in the middle in my roof to install it. I spoke with the Integrity Customs L.L.C. sales manager Ron about these problems and all I got was lies and harassment in return, to sum it up he said 'it was not his problem'. I went back to the dealership where I bought my car and had them handle it. The car was sent back to Integrity Customs L.L.C., who then put the right roof rack on but mounted it out in the middle of the roof, to cover the first holes they put in the roof, instead of repairing the holes and mounting the roof rack properly. This put even more holes in the middle of the roof! They also conveniently forgot to install the proper alarm as well. When confronting them about this, again all I got was more lies and more harassment. The dealership had to get involved again and we decided to have everything removed and the car repaired since Integrity Customs refused to properly install what I had paid for. Once the car was at the body shop I saw that they had just used sheet metal screws to install the roof rack instead of the bolts that were supplied with the roof rack, causing even more damage than we were aware of, as the metal was bent as far as 3 inches away from the holes. This would have leaked and been very, very, very dangerous to go down the road with. Now this is my personal opinion but I hope this place goes out of business as soon as possible, for the safety of everyone on the road and so people do not get subjected to the cheating, lying, harassment, no regard for safety, no skill, no professionalism, no integrity type of business they run.
