After waiting all day Saturday I get a call around 5pm and the tech said they had issues with their equipment and would have to reschedule. Said someone would call me Monday. Monday no one calls. I finally call and set up the appt for following Saturday between 8-12. Noon rolls around, I call and am told the tech called in sick (no one bothered to call me). Spoke to the office in Tulsa and they said they would get me rescheduled (told them Wednesday was my only availability and they said that was fine). I get the confirmation later in the day, they set for Thursday. I call back and get the call center and they tell me Wednesday is not available. Said some one would call me. I finally had enough and just said cancel and I will find someone else. Come on Safelite this is ridiculous.

A few friend recommended looking into paint protection film. Auto Distinctions had done a fantastic job tenting my BMW windows, so I checked with them first. They recommended PPF on the front surfaces and ceramic coating all around. Tesla only tints the back windows , so I added tinting the front windows to make it all match. It took a week to get everything done and the results were fantastic. The car looks better than new! A fantastic look that will last years. I took my car therecand had to…read moretake back a couple of times do to Fish eyes condo scratches still noticeable in pant . they only operate according to what can adjuster from an insurance company request even tho I offered to just pay out of my pocket for a new hood . the adjuster from State Farm insurance insisted that my hood was damaged from a previous accident but never since ive been owner of car and paid off as well so since the adjuster would not authorize a new hood the just repaired my hood instead of replacing. and a shotty body work job done on the corner. where as any one with half a brain would know that you can not pull out or straighten up a damaged hood especially if it involves strengthening structure points as in framing. I now have a truck that has been involved of an accident which is not my fault as well as my car . but I will never ever use this Body Shop as long as live. pretty sure same Company with a new name cause it is at the Location as A1Autobody off Aspen in Broken Arrow.

They used many excuses, waiting on parts, waiting on insurance company, it's difficult to paint etc. Communication from A-1 was nonexistent. There were several calls between A-1 myself & the insurance company, initiated by myself or the insurance company. They called me once when the car was ready & I still had to wait when I got there so they could wash it. A-1 wanted to charge me extra because the insurance company wouldn't pay their high labor price. At one point A-1 even told the insurance company that they didn't have my car because I didn't bring it in. At delivery the car's interior was covered in heavy dust along with the rear hatch not aligned properly. I decided not to take it back to A-1 because I didn't have another 5 weeks to wait. There were several other issues but I didn't want this review to get too long. There are way too many body shops is Broken Arrow so any future business will go elsewhere
