Michelle is awesome. she's so sweet and so knowledgeable. she was patient with me, though i knew little about car audio systems. I set an appointment with her for a consultation and she walked me through my options and a few quotes. I did not feel rushed at all, which is something that's happened to me before. I ended up replacement the stock system I had and it sounds sooo much better now. She took my car in at the exact appointment time, i waited at a starbucks that is literally right next door. I had The Sony XAV-AX5000 (Apple/Android) Car Play installed on my car today. First of all, the location is really easy to get to. Right off the highway and next to a Starbucks (bonus)!!!The place itself is extremely clean and spacious. There's even a sound room. The level of friendliness and customer service received is seriously unmatched by any place of business I've been to in a really long time. The process was smooth and the wait time went by quick. The owners are very kind and I had a walkthrough and tutorial of how to use the new system that was installed by a cool guy named Felix. He was super friendly and detailed with explaining everything about the system. The price was quite reasonable for my small car I was pleasantly surprised. They don't upsell they just give you the black and white of what you need, what you don't need and what your options are. Walking out of there I truly felt that this is business that thrives because they love what they do. I really don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. Definitely a lifelong customer now. Brought my '12 Lexus IS-F here to have them revert everything back to stock. I had previously tried getting quotes from around town and nobody wanted to do it. They all wanted me to buy a bunch of "upgrades etc". I called and spoke to a nice lady, and she said it shouldn't be a problem. I show up and she tells, I'm guessing owner and he walks me out and takes a peek. Upon looking at it .. he says he will do it himself now. They let me sit in the lobby and watch a movie with a nice sound setup, and not 1 FUCKING TIME did anyone try to sell me something I didn't want or ask for. My car comes out, and I check over the work. It's flawless and somehow he made it look even more stock then the factory did. I will forever come here for my audio needs, and I'm on my way with my Camry to do upgrades. Best part i think is, after he hooked it all back up to stock, he found out i had several blown speakers. I recently had a system installed by another shop in town and it resulted in a blown sub before I even got the car home. I was also left with an amp and converter with a completely screwed up tune. After getting my replacement sub I called around and visited many shops here in town. I ran into countless scheduling issues, overpriced quotes, disrespect and just plain stupidity for the last couple of weeks. This is the first shop I called that was priced fair and genuinely cared about taking care of me as a customer. I was lucky enough to make a same day appointment and they took care of me as soon as I walked in the door. Eddie jumped right into it fixing the countless tuning issues we ran into after he installed my new sub. He got everything tuned pretty quickly after spending some time in the car with me and it turned out PERFECT! Place is a Joke took 2 weeks to get an appointment then on day of appointment i drove 30 mins to drop off vehicle once i got back home someone calls me tells me they will not touch my car and made a bunch of excuses why. In the end i was not buying a new stereo i was hiring them to install steering wheel controls where obviously they saw it more work than what they had quoted. Then i spoke to owner and explain to him what was the problem and his response was again a bunch of excuses its sad because they should put a sign that says if you don't buy your equipment here we will treat you like garbage but if you buy here then we treat you good. I went in willing to rewire & replace speakers. They immediately told me that two speakers in the doors weren't even hooked up. Gave them #1 star because of the business we've had in the past. My family and I have purchased equipment/install by Audio Express in past. I went in thinking it would be the same great experience like before. I was mistaken. Went in on a Tuesday for a quote, made an appointment for Thursday to install, lady took all my information down(name, number etc). So far so good....Showed up on Thursday said it would be ready in an hour and so I left to Starbucks to wait. In the past they call you to let you know the vehicle is ready so I assumed the same protocol would be no different. I waited over 2 hours.....I called for an update and they said they didn't have my number to call and it was ready an hour ago. So I was a little upset I hadn't received a call. I finally get there and spoke with the lady and she said she didn't have my number. I did express I wasn't happy about waiting for 2 hours but never yelled, or spoke rudely....then the husband comes out of the back ...guns a blazing raising his voice aggressively and rudely saying I needed to take ownership and it's my fault I didn't leave my number for a call back. I responded to him and told him his wife had taken down my information on Tuesday but he he wouldn't let me get a word in and had no interest on what I had to say.. He went on to say to leave his wife and son alone. When in fact I wasn't the aggressor in this situation .. it was actually him. Won't be going Audio Express after this.. read more

I ordered an Alpine iLX-207 radio off of crutchfield.com and came to Audio Express to install it in my 2011 Toyota Rav4. Eddie and his team were very friendly, professional, and highly competent! They were able to install the stereo, new Sirius XM radio tuner, iDatalink Port, and made it look as clean and crisp as possible. I did not have a USB port in my car and Eddie found a place that made it look factory installed. Additionally, Eddie and his team went above and beyond to look up the schematics of the car in order to move my backup camera display from my rearview mirror to the new radio device.
