About 2 years ago, she performed a comprehensive hearing exam and reprogrammed my existing aids to greatly improve my hearing. She explained the advantages of upgrading to newer aids without being pushy. When I recently had a problem with one of these very old hearing aids, she was able to quickly see me and bring the hearing aid back to life. When calling appt line back to reschedule, woman asked for reason to cancel and argued with me the entire phone conversation. Main argument was "they don't know my face."
