What's great about this place is they have early-morning walk-in hours, making it perfect for working stiffs like me who don't want to take off work for a doctor's appointment. They're also really good about fitting me in for an appointment quickly. They're also respectful and understanding. This place is affiliated with Albany Medical College, so they often have student observers. However, they're very good about not forcing that on you if you're not comfortable with it. For instance, when they asked me if a male student could observe my last gynecological exam, I wasn't having it. And that was fine.

I had a mammogram on Monday the results were faxed to the office within 24 hours. Friday the office claimed, once again, not to have results. Since I had spoken with Capitol Imaging who sent the report I was put on hold for 20 minutes to await stressful results. Run, do not walk away from this practice of surely over worked and underpaid nurses doing the work of doctors. Don't encourage sub par patient care while corporate makes big profits.
