Audiology Services offers good deals to US Veterans, which is terrific as we are a military family (Army, Air Force, Army Air Corps, Marine Corps, Army Corps of Engineers). The receptionist (from Mineral Wells, WV) was very kind, patient, and informative. Thought I would have to drop them off and come back, but Dr. Squires himself was there. Came out with a smile, and said he fixed me up on the spot...all under warranty except for a minor part. Sweet! Now Pops can hear the TV. A.S. of W.V. is O.K. by ME.

Audiology in Parkersburg WV. Told I would have no Co pay…read morewhen my appointment was made. Now I get a bill for Co pay and bs on why. This company should in no way be trusted unless everything they tell you is in writing. They totally mislead me on the phone before I made the appointment. Update, the comment from that company does not apply to what I was told before making the appointment. I explained that I could not afford any co pays and was advised their would be none. I have been to others providers and have not had to pay any copays. I even asked if they would accept my insurance for the test and hearing aids if needed and was told yes. I then was advised after testing that my insurance did not cover hearing aids though them. I ended up having to make an appointment with another company and be retested as they needed my test results for hearing aids. This other company also waved the fees for giving me the retest. Again, I do not recommend this company without getting everything in writing first. As far as contacting their billing department, I did that before making review and got nothing but bs from them also. I will also be making a complaint with my insurance company regarding Audiology Services of West Virginia practice.

Rather than take his complaints seriously and work with him to diagnose the illness she had him declared "histrionic " and a hypochondriac. We went up to Pittsburgh to real doctors and found he had mitochondrial myopathy, which he died from at 53 years old after a long progressive illness. No, it couldn't be cured, but we could have gotten the support and care he needed a lot sooner. If you need actual healthcare besides a pill pusher for a sinus infection, stay away from this quack.
