The audiologist said 'can't someone help you with that?' Well, that wasn't a good question as my mother said she guessed so, however It has been nothing but trouble for her. Her hearing is worse than with her old hearing aids. We went back several times explaining how these are not working for her and she would be willing to pay more to get new ones. Never given any options. My siblings and I feel they have not been helpful and always quick to say she's stuck with them. Additionally, it is not handicapped accessible as the front doors are very heavy and she could never open them on her own. We would not recommend.

When it became difficult for me to accurately hear the blood pressures, I went to Joyce for a hearing aid. The hearing aids changed my life. I no longer had to strain to hear. Plus Joyce gave me access to a stethoscope that could be worn with the hearing aids in place. My husband was the most grateful as he no longer has to speak so loudly. SLW

He had students with him and when I made eye contact with them, they seemed concerned as well. He seemed confused, lost and distant. Before he came into the room his assistant set up a table with several instrument. He did not use a single one, made no contact with me, no examination or come within 3 feet of me. He was trying to sell me all sorts of tests "upgrades" that had nothing to do with my symptoms. It's a racket of a practice with referrals/tests to the same clinic. Giant money maker. I would stay far far away from this clinic and especially Dr. Perry. He needs to retire. Worst of Toledo!

They said that there wasn't anything to worry about and that I looked fine. Perry acted like a frat boy who put on a white doctors coat and masqueraded as an ENT for the day. He was so immature and acted like I was inconveniencing him. His office girls and nurses, etc. we're horrible. They were abrasive and were pushing me to make additional appointments. There was literally no way in hell I was ever going back. Please stop giving them 'Best of Toledo' awards! It's false advertising!
