Dr. Perry seemed withdrawn, uninterested and possibly under the influence of something during my appointment. He had students with him and when I made eye contact with them, they seemed concerned as well. He seemed confused, lost and distant. Before he came into the room his assistant set up a table with several instrument. He did not use a single one, made no contact with me, no examination or come within 3 feet of me. He was trying to sell me all sorts of tests "upgrades" that had nothing to do with my symptoms. It's a racket of a practice with referrals/tests to the same clinic. Giant money maker. I would stay far far away from this clinic and especially Dr. Perry. He needs to retire. Worst of Toledo! read more

If I could give Dr. Perry and his team half a star or no star, I would. I went in with chronic migraines and sinusitis. They said that there wasn't anything to worry about and that I looked fine. Perry acted like a frat boy who put on a white doctors coat and masqueraded as an ENT for the day. He was so immature and acted like I was inconveniencing him. His office girls and nurses, etc. we're horrible. They were abrasive and were pushing me to make additional appointments. There was literally no way in hell I was ever going back. Please stop giving them 'Best of Toledo' awards! It's false advertising! read more

I have chronic ear infections, and have had tubes put in my ears multiple times. This last time in August 2023, I went in for surgery with infections in both ears. I know this is normal, except, I was not sent home with any ear drops. Fast forward to now, my ear drum is retracted and there is "nothing else they can do for me" and they referred me to an ear specialist over an hour away. Addison Baumle will not see me for something simple as an ear cleaning, even though the ear that needs cleaned out is not the ear I was referred to another clinic for. I only saw Dr. Perry one time, and that was the day of my surgery. All office visits were done with his PA. Highly unsatisfied with the outcome and now being written off as a patient. read more

I went for a lip biopsy and Dr. Perry did a wonderful job. But that being said, he talked me into a comprehensive hearing test. According to them I was to pay 80 dollars in copays. I asked why so much, they said that is what my insurance charges. So being trusting, I went for the hearing test, and the after the test I find out that my insurance covers one comprehensive test a year with no copays. But this place feels that they are entitled to 80.00 copays anyway. I wonder how many older people they are raking over the coals and getting copays they are not entitled too. I have reported them to Anthem and let them know these people are in my network and are cheating their customers. I would never send anyone I know to this place. They seem to be money makers. Also, I don't need hearing aids at this time. One side note, when they sent my biopsy to the lab, the lab tested for the wrong thing, they blame the lab, but was it this place that coded it wrong? Wonderful staff, easy to set up appointments, open communication. I would recommend without hesitation.

Was billed $483 for an endoscopy, plus $320 for an office visit. I researched what an endoscopy was- what I learned is that it is when the doctor uses a flexible tube with a camera on the end, and inserts it up into your nasal cavity to get a good look at your sinuses. All this doctor did was use one of those flashlights to look up my nostril. For that, $483? I would never recommend this office. The doctor seemed more interested in selling me a deviated septum procedure and a sleep test study than solving the problem I was experiencing ( I was referred to him by my PCP to diagnose extreme pain in my jaw). read more

Extremely cooperative on getting an appointment. Made a recommendation of an over the counter medicine in conjunction with a prescription that quickly eliminated the problem. read more

Today was my first appointment and on the way there I was having trouble finding the office, called and was left on hold for 10+ minutes. Finally arrived at the office and was told not only was I late but I was supposed to be there 20 Minutes early to fill out required paperwork. They couldn't tell me why the paperwork wasn't sent to me, like every other patient however, my appointment was going to have to be rescheduled. After talking to the receptionist and trying to explain that I took a whole day off of work, she walks off while I'm in mid sentence, apparently To get the office manager. The office manager comes to the window to tell me that there is no way they could see me because my appointment time "has passed" well sure because I spent 10 minutes trying to find the office and another 10 at the window talking to the receptionist. Supposedly there is 20 minutes worth of paperwork that needs filled out before they can "start your appointment " the receptionist has to key in all information before the you can even be checked in, is what they explained. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Needless to say I walked out without seeing a doctor. They couldn't" squeeze me in" despite there only being one other person in the waiting room and not one other car in the parking lot. I cannot speak on the actual doctors, but if this is how the office staff operates then I'm not interested in being seen. read more
