My daughter saw this place and called for an appointment. From the first call she made and spoke with Teresa the receptionist we knew this was the right place to go. She happily answered all questions and calmed any fears that we may of had for the audiologist. At the day of my appointment Michelle who is the audiologist met us(my daughter and I) there and we could not believe what a wonderful human being she was and how very gentle kind patient and quick she was with the test and ordering the hearing aids. Everything was done within one week. This is a small mom and pop store and they provide personal and very caring service. I believe Michele is there on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays. When we returned two weeks later for the hearing aids, Audiologist Suzette Xie took the time to gently guide my mother on how to use and wear them, making sure she felt comfortable and confident throughout. The fit was excellent, and my mother can now hear clearly again.
