I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but a wait of this length without timely care or clear communication is very disappointing. It gives the impression that the office may be understaffed or that there are operational issues that need to be addressed. Regardless of the cause, this situation should be investigated because it is not a normal or acceptable experience for patients. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this office. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure other patients do not experience the same situation.
