I arrived and there's a lot of ppl just hanging around the front of the building. The area feels very unsafe. I walked in the building. It is old and dilapidated. It's dirty and not kept up with. I took the elevator up to two. Walked in and gave the guy my insurance and I'd. He looked at my insurance and said oh no we don't take this. I said excuse me. Why did you make me come here to tell me this. And that's when the manage comes flying out of her office . And starts making excuses and blaming me for something her staff is responsible for.. then I ask her who answers the phones the dr line and how come they don't know why they don't know what's insurance they take and didn't verify. This is when a very large fat woman named Nicole comes storming at me puffing her chest yelling at me tightening her fists. I said does she want to fight me? She extremely unprofessional rude and disrespectful. I can't believe she is employed here. Never can I imagine that I come to a Dr office bc I'm sick and this is how you treat a patient insisting I pay cash for my visit when I have insurance. The blatant disregard of civil rights. Bullying and harassment.. they have no clue what they are doing and they don't deserve anybody to go here. no one should feel safe here. Family friends or yourself!!

After administering a hearing test he came into the office and asked "what I could I do for you" ? I explained in detail about my vertigo and dizziness. He checked my ears and nasal cavity and said everything was clear. He then uttered " what can I do for you". I explained to him again that I was very dizzy and lightheaded and was recommended to see him. He said there was nothing he could do for me and told me to follow him to the reception area. Then the secretary behind the desk waits a MILLISECOND and repeats what the rent a cop just said. And not in a friendly "how May I help you" kind of way. They are overly aggressive. Ultimately, I was told they don't accept walk-ins. Nor do they have a doctor or doctors to treat walk-ins. So they recommended a nearby non-VA urgent care or the Brooklyn VA emergency room.
