The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Here for my two front windows to be tinted. My two front windows have smaller windows, when they told me my vehicle was ready they told me those small windows were not covered. I paid the extra to be tinted and they told me I had to wait another hour and a half because they have other cars to work on now. I obviously voiced my concern. They said they'd work on it. Took their sweet time so I asked about it again. The owner whom is the Asian way past her prime female told me "when you complain it makes me not want to do anything for you" really tried to put my money in my own community. Avoid this place. Highly recommended! I have been coming to this spot for years to get my cars tinted and have never been disappointed. The shop is in the NoHo swap meet so you can shop around while you wait (although it really didn't take too long). Here's the kicker--I came in a couple days ago to get a car tinted and I totally screwed up and accidentally asked for the tinting in the front windows to be lighter than the windows in the back. So I'm back here and waiting for my car to get retinted and I am leaving this review now because they were so cool about it. i had a great experience with this place! the salesman, Charly, was nice and very helpful. he even made a few recommendations that helped me navigate better choices for my first car. he pointed out a lot of things that helped me as a new car owner. for example, my experience with driving probably means that it's best to get a lighter tint and that the backup camera was a good investment. so i was thankful that he'd given me more insight on the tinting and systems that i might want. the tinting that i got done has held up and it's secure! i'm not driving a fishbowl car or anything but from the inside, it definitely feels like i have a better scope of things. the stereos in my car sound really good too, personally, i feel like i don't even have to crank the volume all the way up to get a good, strong sound. i'm happy with the job they did with practically everything. the prices are fair, you can probably even get a better value than what you initially might've anticipated! i was recommended this place by a family member who takes their business there often, so i was willing to put my trust in them. i'm glad i did. the bad reviews from this place are definitely entitled to their own opinions but i personally think that the service i requested was fulfilled and that they did a really good job. :) read more

do not come here!! customer service is shit! they do not care what you have to say they just want your money. they made me wait two hours in the sun with my toddlers. the guy inside is probably the most clueless guy in that place kept saying i was next after two hours they didnt even start with the tint but took every walk in before me! all the men working would just look at me and my kids waiting in the heat for us to be next they could care less and ignored us!! when i would try to talk to them about my car being next they ignored me!!! finally after two hours being fed the fuck up i went back inside to talk to the owner he back handed apology telling me to come back tomorrow and he promises ill be next. after an argued i finally got my keys and my refund and left!! ms.kim texted me apologizing for the bad service and told me to come back whenever all i need to pay was $20. absolutely fucking not. they did not care me & my two toddlers were in the heat waiting for service. read more

Brought my car for a new alarm system because the factory one was giving up. After few hours came back to pick it up and the employee was very rude zero customer service then the driver side door wasn't working and the window didn't roll up and he has the nerves to tell me it was broken already screamed at me and then I opened mine. They told me to come back the next day we will fix it and they have not at all and the window didn't roll up. All they told me we can't fix it come back tomorrow and talk to the owner and maybe he will give you your money back. Most horrible experience ever and they don't know wat they are doing. read more

I don't like to write bad reviews but I'm compelled to do so in this case. I brought my truck in about a month ago to have a subwoofer and amplifier installed. For sure they sold me the equipment and took my money right off the bat. Then they open up my truck hood Pulled all the plastic Covers off to run the wires made it look like they were doing something and left my car sitting there for two hours while I waited. Finally I got so frustrated that I just collected my stuff put it in my truck put the plastic covers back on myself and told him I would be back the next day because this was ridiculous. I returned the next day and it took them less than 45 minutes to do the whole job. So to say their customer service is terrible would be a gross understatement. I swore that I wouldn't come back to this place and deal with this again. read more

Don't even try to get close to this place, the don't know what they doing at all. Took my work truck to install new alarm system, they told they can install smart start alarm so I can use it from my cell phone also I can lock and unlock the car. Day 1 after 3 hours they sad I need some extra parts,no problem. Day 2 they sad my car is not fully loaded I need some other parts, no problem. Day 3 they sold some extra alarm to have it work. Guy who did the work did a good job bat the owner of the place keep lied to me about pricing and all process. If you want real alarm system or good customer service look for some other place. read more

I originally came here in 2010 with my Mazda 6 and loved the tint job. Now that I have a 2015 Mazda 6 I decided to come back to Audio towns So they could also tint my new car. The tint was done in about an hour even though they were busy when I came in. From what I saw the tint job was done well, I couldn't find any cuts done incorrectly. DONT GO HERE! Take it from a business owner myself. So I went to this place once after a friend referred me. I paid for a sound system and TV monitors to be put in my car. The sound system sounds decent for what I paid for it although I had to get the cables to the battery redone since it drained my battery every 4 months or so. The TV monitors I was having installed were suppose to go into the back of my head rests for my kids. I waited for installation but at some point went over to check out how it was going, and to my surprise they were trying to put preinstalled TV headrests into my car. It wouldn't be so bad if it even matched but I have a fully loaded car with custom interior. Charcoal grey and blue. The were trying to put pleather light grey headrest into my car. I stopped them from doing the install and talk to the sales guy. He said they could not match my interior and they could not cut into the interior to install tv's. So I asked about a flip down monitor. They said they could but it would be extra. I said no problem. After a short while the sales guy told me they would have to order it and it could take about three weeks and that I would have to bring my car in on a Saturday morning. I said that's ok about the three weeks but I couldn't do it on a Saturday. He insisted because their installer for that kind of device doesn't come during the week. I told him when I have a Saturday free I could do it. So 7 months later I show up and try to get it installed but by now I can't find my receipt. I had just moved and put all my receipts away somewhere. They said he remembered me but I would need the receipt to get it done. I looked everywhere I thought it might be. Never found it until this past weekend. Not grant it was now a couple years later, I went by to finally show them I found the receipt and paid for the initial tv's but that I know I would have to pay more for the other kind I wanted in my car. They will not except my receipt now saying the warranty is lapsed. I never got the tv's installed since they were the wrong tv's. They said they would not honor it. Even though it's been a couple of years, clearly I paid for equipment and services I never received. I would avoid this place. You will get decent equipment that will get the job done but the installation might be wrong and corners cut to get it in your car and if they are any problems they deny any fault. The owners are not customer friendly and don't keep their word. Be warned. read more

However when I came back the customer service done by Charlie was fantastic. He upgraded me and gave the best customer service I experienced. He made sure I was happy with my install. He went as far as upgrading my sound system for a very good price I couldn't refused and he made sure I was happy.
