I've gone through several sound systems on my bike, and none of them delivered. Called Fantazy and spoke with Paul--he took the time to explain what was actually possible and set realistic expectations. There was a delay on parts, so I picked the bike up before everything was finished. Even then, I rode down to San Diego and was blown away--the system already sounded great. Paul told me, "Wait until it's finished," and he was right. After completion, the Hertz setup is exactly what it's supposed to be. Even with just 4 speakers, I could clearly hear my music at 90 mph with the windshield up. With all 6 installed, I'll probably never need to max out the volume. They also ran into a tuning issue, and when no local Harley dealer would help, Fantazy stepped up and got the right equipment to dial it in properly instead of cutting corners. Are they the cheapest? No. But you get what you pay for. Highly recommend Fantazy--and Paul in particular--for the quality of work and service. read more

Extremely disappointing experience. I went in for a diagnostics on my stereo system and they advised it would be a 150$ charge. I agreed and went in after making an appointment. They had my car from 10-330 and told me that my stereo system was no good. I asked what it would be to fix it and they stated a basic set would be 2100 and some change. I told them I would think about it because that number was far beyond what I had expected. I couple of days go by and I send them a message requesting a copy of the diagnostics to get an idea of what was all wrong with my vehicle. I had looked at their previous email and receipts and only saw an estimate for the new work they wanted, so I thought it was something they just forgot to attach. I receive a call from a gentleman named David and he asked what I needed. I asked for a copy of the diagnostics they ran and he informed me that they had no such report they could provide. I asked if there was something they they could just type up so I could know and have an idea of what was wrong with my car...he started to get agitated and irate in his tone and again he stated there is no such report he can create. I asked if he could just tell me in that case what was wrong with my car and I could write it down myself (I found it shocking that I paid 150 for a diagnostics and yet they had nothing they could provide for me). He asked me when I brought my car in and I had told him I brought it a three days earlier and he began to become more agitated stating that he could not remember and that it was too long ago. At this point someone took the phone away from him and stated they were the manager. He apologized for David's behavior and he began to try and help me with my questions. He too told me there is no such report but asked the tech what the findings were if he could remember. They said it was a number of possibilities that could be wrong with some of the door speakers but could not assure me. I asked if they had not been checked during the diagnostics and he replied that taking off the door panels would be a two hour job. I told him that the day I picked up the car they told me they'd done an extensive job looking at the car and had spent hours on it, but now the manager was telling me the door panels had not even been taken off to check the speakers? He asked if I could bring back the car so they could re-check it at no cost, but honestly at that point I just didn't feel that the service I received warranted an opportunity to rectify the problem. read more
