She let us know pros and cons for the homes we looked at and it really helped us make a decision. Once we found a house we loved, she put in the offer and took charge from there, which I appreciated. She explained the steps in escrow and kept us updated along the way. We had to counter offer and her advice on was probably what got our offer accepted!
