We worked with Alyssa and Scott when we were looking to relocate to Torrance, CA from the Bay Area. We could not have asked for better real estate agents. Being unfamiliar with the different neighborhoods and areas of Torrance, we were looking for agents who were local experts, and they provided so many great insights into different areas and neighborhoods. Being unable to see the homes in person, they were always super objective and insightful on their assessment of the homes. We really relied and trusted on their local expertise. And that trust was invaluable. We always felt like they had our best interest in mind, and they quickly removed our perception that agents don't fully have your best interest in mind (we've heard horror stories from friends who have had agents who looked out more for their own selfish interests). When we saw the house we eventually closed on, there was chatter from the seller agent that multiple offers would be made. We had a home to sell and were not familiar with realtors in the area. We ended up interviewing over a half dozen agents. When we first met Kai and Jenn, the initial first impressions were very positive, my thought was "these are people I would be comfortable buying a house from so why not have them sell ours". I have purchased and sold homes in the past, and my experience with the Ito-Orio Group was by far the best. Honestly, it could not have been better. They made me feel so comfortable and earned my complete trust. I moved out of state prior to listing my home. There was some pre-sale rehab work that needed to be done which they handled after I left. Within two weeks after my move my home was on the market. Offers came in immediately that were higher than the listing price. Less than than two weeks later we were in escrow, and 30 days later we closed. Every step was handled by expediently by phone, online, or US Mail and I didn't have to return to California to close! The Ito-Orio team under promised and over delivered. They use a total team approach. I initially met with Jenn and Kai by Zoom call. One person scheduled all the rehab work and staging (which I highly recommend if you're expecting to get top dollar), another handled all the details during the escrow process, and their own escrow manager closed the deal.
