We randomly reached out to Derek after finding him on Yelp. We weren't from the area, couldn't really define what we were looking for and since we didn't know the area, where we even wanted to look. He was unfazed. He asked good questions about our lifestyle and needs and recommended a few areas to check out. Oh, we also couldn't tell him a timeframe.
