I explained to the dealer on the phone what I was looking for and that I was looking to buy today with a credit card. He said that was great and to please come in. Following the interaction with the car dealer I started getting text messages that were clearly generated by AI. These were annoying and kept persisting that I come in. When I responded saying I was coming in, the auto response was to ask for Shawn or Angel. I drove 1 hr to come out of my way to see the car. When I got there, I asked for Shawn or Angel and the dealer on the lot smiled and said they aren't here. Another person approached me with keys to the car and said he was not a dealer but would show me the car. The jeep had 4 tires with drastically different tread wear on the the 4 tires. I asked about it and they said this is the way it came to them. I asked to see the CarFax report and so they showed it to me. The report showed tires had been mounted in Marietta, GA and the previous dealer that owned it was in Florida. I told them what they were telling me didn't make sense about the tires. The previous dealership in Florida would not drive to Marietta, Ga to mount tires that were clearly used and worn differently. They went quiet... I haggled on price and offered a final asking price then handed them my credit card which the owner replied with we don't accept credit card payments. I told him the man I talked to on the phone had told me that it would be ok. The owners response was, that was not me. At that point I was done. They are not honest with their practices, they are utilizing staff that are not licensed dealers (illegal), they are doing repairs and maintenance on vehicles that is inappropriate and illegal (putting used tires on vehicles) and they are being dishonest with the forms of payment they are willing to accept then not standing by anything that is said or promised on the phone. Avoid this dealer at all cost.

Extremely Disappointing Service Experience…read more My Sister took her car here for a routine service, and unfortunately, her experience was frustrating. From the lack of customer service and effective communication/updates, it was clear those weren't a priority. Within a day or so after getting her car serviced, my Sister noticed that most of the issues weren't resolved. She also found that her car had some new problems, which she now has to deal with. My Sister's effort in trying to connect with the assigned Service Tech (phone calls/texts) was met with indifference and a lack of accountability. She had to repeatedly follow up for updates, only to be disregarded and or given vague or incomplete information. After my Sister's texts and emails were not addressed, she emailed the General Manager. No response as well, so she emailed Admin Support, and still no follow-up. I then intervened on my Sister's behalf. Two weeks later, we returned to the Dealership and were paired with one of the Service Managers and a Sr. Service Technician. That visit yielded better service and feedback. On my Sister's first visit, she felt they didn't value their customers' time or satisfaction. Yet, with the return visit and meeting with the Finance Manager regarding extended warranties, my Sister's perspective changed to a better level of satisfaction. Overall, my Sister expected much better customer service from a dealership with a good reputation. She is indecisive about returning here for additional service and purchasing a new car. The recommendation for this dealership on the service department aspect is 50/50.

I had already tried auto parts stores and even searched online with no luck. I called Honda, and Derrick in parts immediately checked inventory and gave me pricing over the phone. When I came in the next day, he came outside, looked at my car, and treated the situation with real care and attention. He then guided me to the service team. Inside, Terrence and Stephen (both service advisors) jumped in right away. They assessed everything, safely removed the broken piece stuck inside, and worked with Derrick to locate the missing parts--all in under 30 minutes. Took my vehicle in for a recall and tire rotation, balance and alignment. To my surprise when I…read morepaid for the service there is an additional misc charge of $44.99 for Environmental/Hazard charge. The explanation of charge on invoice states "the repairs to vehicle may have been delayed due to shortages caused by COVID-19 and its impact on the availability of parts and/or labor." When I questioned the charge I was told it was for the use of the equipment needed to rotate and balance my tires such tire weights. Basically I was charged for the use of equipment they use in their everyday business. This was not disclosed prior to the work being done. Did not see any signs or disclosure in the service area notifying the customer. Most probably do not review their receipt as it is on the last page at the bottom. To make matters worse, they also charge an additional 3% if you use your credit card. Needless to say, I will not use them again.
