My right rear wheel well garnish had come apart--one piece was stuck inside my door, others were missing, and I had no idea how to fix it. I had already tried auto parts stores and even searched online with no luck. I called Honda, and Derrick in parts immediately checked inventory and gave me pricing over the phone. When I came in the next day, he came outside, looked at my car, and treated the situation with real care and attention. He then guided me to the service team. Inside, Terrence and Stephen (both service advisors) jumped in right away. They assessed everything, safely removed the broken piece stuck inside, and worked with Derrick to locate the missing parts--all in under 30 minutes. They saved me time, money, and a lot of frustration. Most of all, they made me feel genuinely supported and taken care of. This is exactly why I keep coming back here. I normally don't write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I brought my 2014 Honda Accord EX-L (about 140,000 miles) in for two issues: my car slightly jumping when accelerating and a backup camera showing a black screen. I was charged $211 for one diagnostic and $169 for the camera because they said it was a separate diagnostic. After a few hours, I was presented with a long list of recommended services totaling nearly $4,000. The repairs related to the issues I originally came in for were about $1,773. For the acceleration issue, they recommended a transmission flush and Honda system update for over $600, and the backup camera repair was quoted at $661. Since I'm not very knowledgeable about cars, I called my dad to review the recommendations. He questioned the transmission flush for a vehicle with over 140,000 miles, since many mechanics recommend a drain and fill instead. My dad suggested a transmission drain and fill, which is commonly recommended for higher-mileage vehicles. At first the representative said they couldn't do that, but later said they could--even though it wasn't recommended--and that it would cost the same as the transmission flush. My dad also asked if Honda would guarantee the work if something went wrong with the transmission afterward. The representative said they could not guarantee work on a 2014 vehicle. That made me uncomfortable moving forward with expensive repairs that weren't backed by any guarantee. In the end, I left paying $442 for diagnostics only. My dad later performed a transmission drain and fill, and the jumping issue has completely stopped. Overall, the experience left me feeling overwhelmed and unsure about the recommendations I was given. My advice is to make sure you fully understand the services being recommended or have someone knowledgeable review them before agreeing to repairs. RUN -- Ed Voyles Honda Took Advantage of Me and Made My Vehicle Worse! I went to Ed Voyles Honda for what I thought was a simple issue -- a light noise under the hood of my 2020 Honda Odyssey Elite. Instead, I left with a bigger problem, an even worse noise (it now sounds like boiling rocks under the hood), and terrible acceleration in and out of ECON mode. Their service team told me I badly needed a fuel injection service, which I reluctantly agreed to -- big mistake. When I brought the vehicle back because it was running worse than before, they suddenly claimed I now needed a major belt job. To make matters worse, the interaction was downright shady. The initial agent -- TODD HOWARD and I think "STEVE" (mgr, heavy body type) -- played a good-cop/bad-cop routine with that manager. They even talked in code over the phone right in front of me. It was uncomfortable, manipulative, and unprofessional. I refused to participate in what felt like their "advanced plan to lighten my wallet." I didn't even intend to visit this dealership -- I mixed up the addresses -- and I deeply regret it!!! Please, do yourself a favor: avoid Ed Voyles Honda at all costs. Asked for a tail light bulb to be replaced. They handed me back my car with 3 brand new error messages that weren't there before. One of them was a check engine light. I asked them what was wrong and 4 of them including the manager didn't know what happened. Update: fixed 2 of the 3 new problems that they seem to have made appear. Completely scummy. I brought my car in for a repair under warranty - they claimed it was something else, of course something that wasn't covered under warranty. They wouldn't "diagnose" it formally either, to avoid being liable for misdiagnosing it. They kept my car for over a week and ended up doing nothing to it. I had a recall on my 2019 Honda accord. I had a run around 3 times with the service dept. showed up twice for the recall and was on the schedule , they didn't have the part. They failed to call me about this ...this dealership has Poor communication and I was under the impression that they didn't want to do the recall. Do yourself a favor and Take your car elsewhere . Extremely poor service experience! I scheduled an 11:00 AM appointment on 6/20 for an emissions indicator light but asked if I could be seen early. I was told yes and arrived at 10:00 AM. I was checked in by service representative Shannon and indicated where I would be sitting. I explained to Shannon that my emissions light was on which she typed on the paperwork. I also told her that my brake ABS, VSA and triangle brake lights were on and asked whether the paperwork needed to be revised to include that. She stated that it did not and that the technician would diagnose ALL indicator lights that were on, which would be reflected on my ticket. 2.5 hours later, I still hadn't heard back about the results of my $211 diagnostic test. When I approached her desk at around 12:45 PM, I was told that "they were backed up and it was Friday". Her attitude was quite unpleasant. Approximately 1:05 PM, when I returned to her desk, my paperwork miraculously appeared. However, only part of the indicators that I told her about were addressed on the ticket. I was told that the rear converter needed replacement, but there was no diagnosis of my ABS, VSA, and hazard triangle light on which I mentioned upon checking my car in. When I brought that to Shannon's attention, she stated the VSA would cost $3,400 to replace; however, since she is not a service technician, and since there was NO indication that these warning indicators had been reviewed by the service technician, I couldn't rely on the veracity of her "diagnosis" More importantly, if I paid over $200 for a complete diagnostic test, that's what I expected. There was also another piece of paper showing an issue with the TPMI, which she didn't want to give me. I had to insist that she provide that to me as well, which she begrudgingly did. On my way home, I called Shannon back and expressed my displeasure with the whole visit. She put me on hold for a while and then said that she would forward me to the service manager, Marvin Bushay's voicemail. I left a message for him. Having not heard back in almost three hours, I called back and spoke with Kathryn, who for the first time advised me that Mr. Bushay wasn't even at the dealership on Friday June 20. I have no idea why Shannon would present that he was there when she knew he wasn't. Kathyrn apologized, stated that the service I received was not indicative of Ed Voyles' standards, and that in addition to my voicemail, she would leave a post-it note for him and that would be in touch with me on Monday, June 23. Either Kathryn, didn't do relay the message or Mr. Bushay believes ignoring customers is a good business practice, because I didn't hear back on Monday, June 23 or on Tuesday, June 24, after I left another message. After three phone calls, Mr. Bushay has still not had the professional courtesy to return my call. This is not the level of service I experienced from Ed Voyles Honda in the past and I am extremely disappointed at their questionable level of service and complete lack of professionalism. read more

Both were responsive, supportive, worked with us effectively and tried hard to make this a seamless and enjoyable experience. It took longer than expected due to some delays in finance over a Honda graduate discount (because my recent Grad has no credit history at all). So that was not anyone's "fault", just a glitch in the finance system. Alex (sales agent), Aaron (Finance) and Steven (sales manager) were professional, polite and attentive. This location is very convenient to anyone near the 285/75 corridor on the North side. Took my first trip here due to my car stalling on 75 on a Saturday afternoon. I'm not a fan of dealerships, period. And I've only run into two service technicians I trusted over my lifetime. One was Danny Benford at Carey Paul Honda (used him for 4 years until I moved) and the other I used at Gwinnett Place, who was probably the most honest straight shooter I've come across. No doubt they probably let him go bc he would suggest going elsewhere on things that would save me tons or showing me how to do something myself so I could just order the parts. Let's just say I don't trust half the stuff they recommend and the gouging on labor is insane. So, with that said, I came here with my Honda Pilot, already knowing it was my catalytic converter causing the issue (I had taken it to Express Auto a year or so ago and they told me what was going to happen and gave me a cost of $1200 to fix it then). They did say I could keep running my car until it stalled at higher speeds (which is what finally happened). They couldn't get me in that day so I left my car. The great news is that they will call you a Lyft for a ride home and back to the dealership. Huge help! They pay for it too. David was my technician and said he'd call me back Monday. Get the call Monday saying they think I need new catalytic converters, plus new O2 sensors and a new intake boot bc mine was cracked. Total cost: $3500. Let me be clear that I wasn't told which catalytic converters were bad (pilot has two converters near the engine manifold and two at the rear), so not sure if that cost included them all. Still, way too much! I opted for the boot replacement and two sensors, still $500. Probably could've done the boot myself. Everyone was friendly here and David was really nice. So a star there. Service waiting room was very clean and large, with a kids lounge and coffee area. My issue is how much they charge. I got two other estimates for my parts. $2000 at another shop and then $1395 for a shop that dealt with Honda's. Folks, you can get cheaper and still get quality. I do miss having the technicians that assist you with stuff you can do on your own. Like a cabin filter ... you can replace a cabin filter on your own for $20. Hopefully will not be back. read more

I decided to take my 2012 Acura in to the Honda dealership instead of to the Acura dealership because the Acura dealership lost my trust. I schedule an appointment to have my spark plugs changed after my car started stalling and I used one of those code readers at Auto Zone to tell me what was wrong. I arrived first thing in the morning, as it appears everyone does. They did let me know that the shuttle service was a little behind so I would have to wait on a ride home. It took about an hour to get a ride home! I received a call providing an update on my vehicle. In addition to spark plugs, I was told I needed a drive belt ($200) and that a had a valve gasket leak($350) , I needed an air filter ($59) and my tires need to be rotated and balanced ($75). I did approve them changing out the drive belt as it was my understanding that it was something that wears with time. When they called to tell me my car was ready they let me know that they were not able to get the part for the drive belt so that work was not completed. I asked about being picked up and was advised that the shuttle service stopped at a certain time and that they can call me an Uber or Lyft for a fee I would have to pay!!! WHAT???????? You dropped me off but can't pick me up? Ok- so the reason for the poor rating??? I took my car to another shop. The mechanic advised me that my drive belt was in perfect condition and there was no need to change it. Regarding that valve gasket leak- he said it was leaking, but it was not at a point where it was an emergency. I did let this mechanic repair the gasket leak and honestly they will be my new mechanic moving forward. Just in case you want to check them out it is called Motorcars International on Spring Rd. The repair of the valve gasket leak was only $202! This dealership was charging $350. I am over dealership mechanics. They are honestly in the business of up selling services. It's actually sad that you can't trust them. I am glad I found a new honest mechanic! read more

Needed a new battery, called around for prices and to my surprise Honda had the best price & warranty. At first a few service workers were standing around ignoring me but then Marvin came up & helped me immediately. He said it was going to be an hour and a half, I didn't believe him because it was 11am on Saturday. I waited in the lobby for my car to be complete, eventually I wanted to stretch my legs so I walked around and ran into salesman Calvin Palm and he was very friendly and he almost convinced to be to buy a new car. He knew all the specs and numbers but I stood firm! He's a very nice & funny guy, wasn't pushy at all, make sure to ask for him when you're ready to buy a new Honda! My car was ACTUALLY ready in an hour and a half, I was shocked and still am about that. read more

Currently trying to get it plugged somewhere other than at the dealership, mysteriously the nail isn't located there! A week ago, I arrived on time for the appointment I scheduled 2 weeks prior for the recall repair on my new 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid. After waiting a while for any of the people in the service bay to acknowledge me ( no one did) I got out of my car and asked if I am supposed to wait for someone to come to my car or am I supposed to come and speak to them? I was told "we are too busy" and we can not service your car today. As a long time former sales person in a variety of industries, If I was unable to keep a previously scheduled appointment, I would have called the client Before they arrived at my place of business to let them know that I would not be able to take care of them that day and would need to reschedule. No one at Voyles had the foresight or courtesy give me a call and ask me to reschedule. When I mentioned this to the " no service advisor" she rescheduled me for 11:30 today (Jan 14th 2024). She told me it would take 2 hours and she would get me an Uber if I wanted one to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. When I arrived today at 11:25, the service advisor who I'd worked with last week, was not here. I was told it would Not be the 2 hours promised last week but would probably be ready by 4pm. Again, as a former sales person who was devoted to providing excellent customer service, if I had disappointed a customer, I would go out of my way to make sure the customer was taken care of on my "second chance " to make it right. Clearly this is not the philosophy of the service department ( or the service managers) at Voyles on Cobb Parkway. It is 4:28 pm and I am still sitting in the dealership waiting on my "2 hour " RECALL repair. No one at this dealership apologizes or does anything to try and make things right. It was disappointing enough to have a recall on a 2024 Honda that I purchased in April, but then to experience such a lack of caring or respect for the value of my time by the service department team is adding insult to injury. read more

If you need your car serviced, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I've had to deal with Karim, who doesn't like to answer his phone or call back when needed. I was waiting on him to call me to let me know when my part came in and he never did. I had to call and figure out it was there myself. Jodie Voyles, the service manager, is so incredibly rude and unhelpful. He stood there for 5 minutes telling me he didn't have time to call my warranty company which would've taken less than 5 minutes. He was actively trying to make sure I wasn't helped. Ed Price was able to help with my warranty, but there was never an apology, just excuses for his employees' terrible customer service. Pete, the general manager, really convinced me that he did care and wanted to make things right only for him to continue to do nothing. All around TERRIBLE experience. They'll try to overcharge you and make you pay before they're even sure they can get the part in. I highly regret bringing my vehicle here and wish I would've done more research. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. ITS A SCAM!!! Came to get my windows fixed. It was simply just a motor issue where the window itself is detached from the motor. I have change my car audio before so I have been through the panels of the door and can see the motor issue that I have. I've gone through the panels a million times, it takes about 15 minutes to go through both windows and diagnose the issue. They wanted to charge $180 JUST to diagnose..... I told them there's no way because I myself has done it before and it takes 10 minutes. I was already there so I decided to just let them do it, I even told the man I have work at 2:50PM and if it would be finished in time, he said "oh yeah this will take at most 1-2 hours" 3 hours has gone by and no updates or anything, so I called and they transfer me to him and he didn't pick up..... no call backs or anything either.. So I had to take my grandpa car to work and made it to work and finally the man calls. Says that they were too busy and my car hasn't been started yet, I told them that's great don't even start it I'm coming to pick up my car now because y'all are scamming people and have horrible service. Had to leave work and use my time because of their inconvenience. DO NOT GO TO DEALERSHIP. I have heard many stories of them taking advantage of people that are not aware of how much certain services should cost. Honda oil changes costing between $60-$200??? Really wish I could give ZERO stars. Ed Voyles Honda has always been my preferred dealer since purchasing my car from them in 2019. But not anymore after a recent encounter. Honda issued a recall for 2019 Honda Accords fuel pump. I called Ed Voyles in late September/ early October when the parts were ready. The service receptionist said they would order the part for my car and call me in for repair once it arrived. she stated that it would take up to a month to arrive. After a month and a couple weeks passed and I had not heard from them, I decided to call to check on the part. To my surprise, the receptionist nor the service manager knows what I'm talking about. The service manager then tells me that in order to get the recall fixed, my car first needs to have a diagnostic test done to determine if my car was impacted. Then and only then will my car be repaired. Knowing this is not how recalls are handled, I contacted Honda corporate and they assured me that this is in fact not how recalls are handled. At that moment I decided that I would no longer do business with LIARS. I took my car to Hennessy Honda in Woodstock and they repaired the recalled issue with no questions asked. read more

After the service my paperwork said everything was in good working order. TWO WEEKS LATER my perfectly fine battery died... Ok Fine. So I take it in for a new battery and some recalls that needed to be done. I was told the recalls were free and the battery plus labor would be $240! Kinda expensive...but whatever. I get the call to pick up the vehicle and was told it was now $265. Ok?? Taxes I thought. Sure fine whatever. THEN when I picked it up and went to pay for it, my bill was $319?!!?! AND THEY COULD NOT EVEN DO THE RECALLS. So in short. A new battery at this location will cost you more than $300 and they won't even do what you ask them to. NICE SCAM YOURE RUNNING HONDA!!! Came in for a regular maintenance appointment (oil change, rotate tires, inspection) with a scheduled time. The service department took 4h 30m. They said my battery was okay, and it died the next day and I had to call roadside assistance. I have a tire pressure light on since the appointment. Ed Voyles Honda has terrible service, my previous dealer in a different state took express service drive-up customers and were done in about an hour. I will no longer be servicing my Honda at Ed Voyles Honda. EDIT: Oh my gosh, it's four days since the service and I tried to use my washer fluid and it is empty. WARNING: BAIT AND SWITCH ALERT! On May 30, 2023, I set out to purchase a new 2023 Honda CRV-Hybrid. Initially, I visited Curry Honda and saw a 2023 Honda CRV-Hybrid Sport Touring in Canyon Blue Metallic. Despite loving the color, the salespeople's arrogance and borderline rudeness led me to take my business elsewhere. Based on positive reviews, I found Ed Voyles Honda, where I encountered a friendly receptionist and a laid-back salesman named JOSHUA TOLLIVER. After another test drive, I decided to trade in my Subaru and buy the 2023 Honda CRV-Hybrid AWD Sport Touring, insisting on the Canyon Blue Metallic color, even if it meant waiting. Although Joshua tried to convince me otherwise, I remained firm on my choice. After some searching, JOSHUA spoke with the sales manager and found a Canyon Blue CRV Sport Touring available at another dealer. They agreed to do a dealer exchange if I put down a $1,000 deposit. During this process, JOSHUA persistently pushed for another color, but I reiterated my preference for Canyon Blue Metallic. We had a verbal agreement that the deposit secured a 2023 CRV-Hybrid Sport Touring in that color, with the understanding that the deposit was refundable if they couldn't fulfill the order. On June 17, 2023, at 11:15 am, JOSHUA left a voicemail stating that my car had been built and would arrive before the end of the month. Notably, he didn't mention the color, despite our agreement. Copies of the full transcripts have been submitted to Georgia's Consumer Protection Division and Honda. On June 22, 2023, at 4:17 pm, JOSHUA called to inform me that my car had arrived and would be ready by the next day, again failing to mention the color. I called JOSHUA back to schedule a pickup time. When I arrived at Ed Voyles on June 23, 2023, Joshua had me complete and sign all the paperwork while the windows were being tinted, without allowing me to see the car. This should have raised a red flag. As a first-time solo car buyer, I was too trusting and somewhat naive. I rushed the delivery due to my upcoming travel plans. After a few hours, I completed the paperwork without noticing the color swap in the poor-quality, small print, and difficult-to-read carbon copy. The car was parked next to my silver Subaru Impreza, and although it seemed to have some bluish tones, I assumed it was due to lighting and proximity to my previous vehicle. Fatigued and eager to leave, I overlooked the subpar detailing and greasy wheels. I take responsibility for not paying closer attention and for failing to learn the valuable lesson of documenting specifics and trusting no one. They deliberately omitted the color from my deposit form. Additionally, I noticed they had not deducted the $1,000 deposit from the purchase price. Thankfully, I caught this mistake, and they eventually issued a refund to my credit card, despite my preference to use part of it as a downpayment. Upon arriving home, I realized the blue seemed darker than I remembered. When my friend came over and compared it to the photos I had shown him, he also noticed the discrepancy. However, considering the lighting and proximity to my silver car, I assumed it appeared darker. Again, I blame myself for failing to catch this. I tried reaching out to Joshua via phone (left a voicemail and no response), email, but he ignored my message. Finally, I received a response via text message after my 3rd attempt, in which he was disrespectful and dishonest. I have evidence that he never informed me about the color change, and he cannot provide proof to the contrary since our correspondence was solely through voicemails. read more

I was going to write an even longer negative review but I see many others have already done so. My AC was blowing cold only half of the time it was on. We took it to the dealership for a diagnostic and repair. Dealer returned the car to me the same day, with a charge of $800 to replace 2 O ring seals and recharge the system. I was stunned at the cost. Within 5 minutes after I left the dealership, AC wasn't working at all. I immediately returned to the dealership. The next day, they decided now I needed a new compressor after initially taking the old one out and determining it was fine. My expectation was to pay for new compressor and no additional charges. After taking 4 days to repair my car, the service consulting says to the dealership is going to take care of me since they misdiagnosed the car and gave to me as though it was repaired and I had to return. Getting the vehicle the second time, they still charge me for some labor, they charge me to refill the freon even though was charged the first time. The total bill was nearly $1600.00, I was without my car 5 days and the dealership didn't offer me a vehicle to drive. You should avoid Ed Voyles. read more

I usually make the trek across town for car maintenance but decided to try this place since it's much closer to my job. Located on Cobb Parkway not far from the Target, this dealership is undergoing a huge renovation so pay attention to the signage. You are able to make appointments online but the time I wanted to come in was not listed and I was told just come whenever and that it shouldn't take more than and hour. I got here at 4:45 on a Friday and a service advisor greeted me but when he asked what I was there for, he looked at his clocked and said, "What time is it?" and then he realized someone was ahead and she had not been helped yet so he told me to hold on and went to help the other lady. Luckily another guy, Brody, was kind enough to help me and got my info, wrote my ticket up for the car work, told me he would be leaving soon and let me know who would be helping me later and sent me to the waiting area. The waiting area is nice and spacious with plenty of reading material, comfy leather seats, coffee and water, and a tv. They also have WiFi available and a shuttle to take you elsewhere if you decide you don't want to wait in the waiting area. I was out of there in less than an hour and I must say that Shannon did a wonderful job explaining what was done to my car as well as what was needed to be done in the future. My old Honda needed some service and conveniently they sent me an email with service coupons. I used their website to book service which was quick and easy and they sent confirmation to my email and texted my phone reminders. The coupon was a $199 spring service special. When I arrived at the service bay the advisor informed me that the special was lowered to $179! A great deal for a comprehensive service. After they started service the advisor explained some additional issues discovered and cost estimates. My car is 20 years old so I always prepare for some extra cost. My total came to $421 which was reasonable for the list of services and issues they resolved on my car. I never felt pressured and felt like my car was receiving great service for the most pressing issues. David the advisor was great! The waiting area had fast free WiFi and I was able to work for my employer. Seating was comfortable with several available outlets for my laptop and phones. The waiting area was repeatedly cleaned by staff wearing masks during my three hour wait. All staff were friendly. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. A filtered water dispenser is available with water fountains! I love it when businesses offer this feature to avoid bottled water and creating plastic waste in the environment. My car was returned washed and clean. My 20 year old Honda drives like new!! I recommend Ed Voyles Honda for service!!! read more

My husband dropped my car off for a recall. The person who spoke to him let him know he would contact one of us if the car needed a new transmission, as he was thinking that was a possibility and it would be covered under the warranty. No one ever called except to leave a message saying the car was ready. When I called back I asked about the transmission (no real answer was given) and my tire because the pressure light had been on. The lady on the phone said they had discovered a nail in the tire. I was frustrated that no one had called to let me know because I would have asked them to plug it before then, as it was there from Thursday to Saturday. When I went to pick up my car, i asked if the fluids had been topped off, which is usually done when I've been to other dealerships. The service person at the desk inside assured me they had done on all points inspection and that's what would have been done. She gave me my paperwork and it stated that my oil needed immediate attention. I was extremely frustrated that I was told things were inspected and yet no one bothered to have a real conversation with me about my car. I left with my oil at 30%, and a list of recommended things to do for my car. Had I known prior to this, I would have had all the things taken care of before I left. My daughter took her 2019 Honda HRV into Ed Voyles Honda Atlanta for leaks investigation and an oil change. Dealer diagnosed clogged drain lines from sun roof and cowlings. Common problem with HRV noted on Honda forums. NOT covered under extended warranty? Not sure why with such a common problem with Honda's HRVs. Dealer charged $1132.24 to blow out drain lines and dry out floor mat. NO drain lines were replaced. That is a lot of money for blowing out drain lines and seem excessive and suspect. Safety check was performed during inspection and battery check was good. Daughter notified to pick up vehicle. Daughter went to pick up vehicle and all the Honda Sense alarms and notifications were activated. Daughter could not pick up vehicle in that condition. She notified the manager on site since service had closed already. The next day, Service said the battery was bad. Battery replacement cost $189.99. Service forgot to reset oil change reminder. Daughter had to return to dealer for reset. All in all, a stressful, expensive and poor experience for my daughter. Honda charges are excessive for drain line blowouts for such a common problem with the Honda HRV. It's been at least 3 weeks and the only response I got was an email asking me to call to discuss the issues. I called, left a voicemail along with sending an email asking for a call back. 3 hours for an oil change and they always suggest unnecessary repairs. They will also leave your car sitting after it's finished and not call you, so you have to follow up if you don't want to wait another hour. read more

Incredibly expensive, and I don't understand how it's possible for a regular maintenance can be such expensive even after they gave me a big repair for 50 or 55k mile maintenance last year. My car is in a good condition and do maintenance regularly. During pandemic, I seldom use my cars except for weekly or biweekly groceries. I can already imagine that next year they will convince me to repair or replace something else from my car to make the maintenance trip look more "worthy". Won't have any services from this place anymore, not trustable. I wish I saw these reviews prior to my car maintenance. read more

After being a loyal customer for three years, I had concerns with my most recent service. I called their service center multiple times during business hours and never got an answer. If they did answer I was "put on hold" and promptly hung up on. Finally I was able to leave a message for a call back. Several days passed before I got a call back. The lovely service desk person agreed with me that my maintenance was likely not done. She suggested I escalate to a manager since she can only schedule a new maintenance appointment. She forwarded my information to the manager Marvin. He called me back a few days later. My interaction with Marvin was terrible. He was dismissive and argumentative. He refused to see the situation from my point of view or provide any solution other than to pay for a full price maintenance service again. I will not be taking my car back to this dealership again in the future. I should not have to pay for two maintenance services in 4 months with less than 3000 miles in between them. They are untrustworthy and do not stand behind the services they provide. Very disappointed. read more

Terrible service dept - they did not correctly reinstall the back seat after replacing the sliding window on my Ridgeline. Could not get anyone to return my call to get issue addressed. Worst customer service experience ever. Ended up reinstalling back seat myself rather than mess with these incompetent people. read more

If I could give these guys -1 star I would but the rating system doesn't allow for that. In 2018 I bought two brand new honda vehicles from this location under the impression that since their sales people are so nice and professional so would their service people be. I couldn't have been more wrong. Bringing my Honda's to this dealership for service and warranty work has been a very aggravating process. At this service center their number one goal is to push back and deny warranty work. Their number two goal is to waste their customers time. They are also curt, and condescending. These guys at the service department, be it just the front desk service people or the management that runs the service depart just Do Not Care, they do not give a flip. They will tell you to bring your car in for warranty work as the part has been ordered, keep the car overnight and the next day they will call you and Inform you the work has been done and you can pick up the vehicle only to find out nothing had been done. Well, I've been through this with them twice and both times the part wasn't ordered and the work was not done. They (management) will even argue with you that the work has been done even though you stand right there and show them visibly that it has not been done. This time around If it had not been for the help of a young lady service advisor I would have been in a big issue with these guys . This young lady service advisor came to my rescue and interrupted the service manager, basically told him that the work could not have been done because the part wasn't even ordered? In closing this is the worst Honda Service Center I have ever had the displeasure of going to. They are also unethical, and unreasonable and will waste tour time and give you grief. Avoid at all cost. Oh and they are good at trying to sell you or up sell you. They know how to do that... read more
