    This is the actual car sold to my father.

    Toyota Marietta (the sales associate Chevi Gallardo in particular) used dishonest and deceptive sales practices to sell a used 2021 Toyota Camry SE to my father on September 16, 2025. Chevi gave my father the carfax, emissions report, and repair and audit order to my father for a 2021 Toyota Camry, but sold him one with a different VIN number. My father SPECIFICALLY ASKED if the vehicle had been in any accidents, and Chevi Gallardo gave my father the Carfax for a nearly identical vehicle, and said no. I believe they employed these deceptive practices on my father because he is an Asian immigrant, and he does not speak English well. Let me make myself clear, this dealership showed my father paperwork for one car, but SOLD HIM A DIFFERENT ONE. My father realized when he was looking at the car manual and saw the actual car fax for the vehicle the dealership showed him shoved in the glove box. Toyota Marietta gave my father all the paperwork for and led him to believe he was buying the car VIN: 4T1G11AK6MU528881, but they sold him VIN: 4T1G11AK0MU462389. Vehicle VIN: 4T1G11AK0MU462389 has 0 accidents and 35,000 miles on the odometer, but VIN: 4T1G11AK6MU528881 has a reported accident and a mileage of 67,000. I do NOT believe this was an honest mistake. This dealership PURPOSELY used deceptive sales tactics. Why would you show a customer paperwork for one vehicle, and LIE saying the vehicle had NO reported accidents, but then sell the customer a different vehicle? When my father came by the dealership on September 18th when he noticed the repair audit order listed the vehicle as having a Toyota brand battery but actually had a Walmart brand battery, he reached out to Chevi Gallardo. That Saturday Chevi Gallardo lied and said that "that's what they do but they will honor the battery as a Toyota battery" which immediately gave my father red flags because that makes ZERO sense. At this point he hadn't discovered the VIN of the vehicles were different. He found that out when he went home to read the manual after speaking to Chevi. Once again, I do NOT believe this was an honest mistake. Toyota Marietta PURPOSELY misled and misrepresented the car they sold my father. I reached out to the dealership via email and I WILL be heading down there in person as well. I wanted to warn other people about this questionable sales practices. That is a bold faced lie Eli. Show me one call record or email that was sent to me. You have NOT responded to my emails and you have NOT called me directly. You do NOT even have my phone number. More lies. I have since emailed Mr. Lloyd Yancy and I have attched a copy of your response and asked why you would so blatantly lie about emailing and calling me. No Eli. That is incorrect. The true Carfax were in the glove box in the vehicle. Chevi Gallardo presented my father with Carfax for a different vehicle's VIN number. We also have the emissions paperwork, and the audit report for the other vehicle. When my father asked if the vehicle had ever been in a car accident, Mr. Gallardo answered no. And presented my father with the Carfax for the other vehicle. The dealership is trying to change the story to cover for themselves. After my first email no staff from Marietta Toyota reached out to me. It wasn't until I put this bad review up on Yelp and a bad review up on Google that I finally got a response. First, Mr. Eli lied about contacting me, and changed what he wrote after I showed proof that he did not. Initially he claimed I was making wild accusations, but when I presented facts and evidence he changed the narrative to be that " it was just a mistake."

    To accommodate our growing family, it was time to replace our '05 Accord for something that was a little more safer, spacious, and modern. Of course, a large trunk space was a must have in addition to a competitive price and low miles. When I initially got the price estimate for a trade in, KBB floated my information out to a bunch of Atlanta metro dealers, then it was a process of sifting thru communications. One of them came from a local dealer not more than 20 minutes from the Cumberland area. I ultimately decided to visit Marietta Toyota to price the trade in and see a vehicle that matched my initial requirements. The price is estimate for our trade in came in around $750 which I felt was low for a car that was running perfectly, so took the challenge of putting the car on the private party market and ended up selling to someone on Craigslist for $2,300. So at that point, it was back to square one. After a few weeks, and being sandwiched for time to return to work and returning from a trip to see an I'll family member, I looked again the inventory at Marietta Toyota online. Their website is fairly up to date and useful to view instead of show rooming on site. I texted our salesperson from the initial visit, Jordan, and he confirmed availability and indicated the car would sell quickly. Here was the most convenient part, he drove the vehicle to my house to accommodate momma and baby from having to go see it as family. The last thing we wanted was to take a 2 month old out to a dealership. My wife had a chance to drive around and get a feel for the car. Only thing is this particular model didn't have the charging station but met all other requirements. It was the exact color, interior style, and met year and mileage requirements. Once we decided to go with the car, it set in motion the sales and purchase process. I drove to the dealer and we went over financing options. Right now, interest rates are around 6 percent which was the biggest turn off for going down the financing route. We landed on a purchase scenario whereby we'd buy the car outright which made the transaction a bit cleaner since I was transacting on my wife's behalf. After about 2 hours, I found myself in the financing room to secure the paperwork and title application, essentially the doc prep fee service. Right before we closed the sale I was presented with warranty option to extend the 7 year/100k mile warranty. It's not a required service to drive off the lot but does extend the power train to the rest of the vehicle including sensors, electronics, and anything that might happen beyond powertrain. I purchased it for peace of mind since it was certified used with 160 point inspection. As we closed the deal, I took the paperwork home and signed with my wife the next day. She went to the bank and got a certified cashiers check. We brought it back and I drove the car home to my new momma and she was so happy and satisfied with the purchase. Keep in mind the dealer will ask you for a drivers license each time you visit and make a copy. They shred the licenses after each night but they do take privacy seriously and keep in mind there is a lot of personal information passed back and forth and it is important that the information is accurate (names, addresses, VIN, etc). Overall, had a five star experience with the purchase but it was a long journey from meeting initially, selling my car, finding a new Rav4, and returning to the dealer to give them another shot. All in all, the process took about 6 months but only a month from initial engagement with Marietta Toyota. The sales manager and sales associate did an excellent job asking for my business and selling their family owned dealership which I learned has been in Cobb County since 1975. They are definitely worth a shot if you are in the market for new Toyota. Best of luck Yelpers securing some new wheels for your next adventure around ATL!

    I am from North Carolina and New Jersey and have gotten 5 star rating service from Glen Toyota and Gastonia Toyota, I happen to be in GA and in the service Department from Marietta I was told that if I serviced my car for all services needed they would take me this week but if it was only an oil change I would have to wait until next week, lady on the phone was rude and entitled I would not recommend this Toyota Dealer to any body Same day I called World Toyota and what a difference Nick told me I could go as soon as tomorrow being friendly and polite, I am 20 minutes away from either dealers Thank You Nick for showing there is still good service from your Dealership

Honestly, buying a car really should take as much time and energy as it did to purchase this car. Before I jump into the details, I'll say that Keenan and Nigel were amazing. Brian the finance guy was an ass but I'll get into that in a moment. Long story long: went to ALM on a Monday, test drove a car. Liked it but wasn't in love with it. Keenan got online with me, we scrolled through some other cars and we found one that was at ALM Newnan. Nigel said they could bring it over on Tuesday morning. I had to work so I sent my husband. When he got there, the car wasn't there. They said they'd bring it Wednesday, I sent my dad. But it wasn't there when he was on his way midday. I happened to be checking the website and the car popped up that it was at ALM Marietta. I texted Keenan and he said he was off but that John would be able to help me. I got there and John immediately began to ask about numbers. I hadn't even test driven the car yet. I test drove it and then we immediately jumped into the numbers. We went back and forth for a longgg time about all the add- ons and ultimately why the math wasn't mathing. Essentially we found out that there was hidden insurance in the final number that "our system adds and there's no way to notate that it's there" We settled everything up and I left. I came back the next day because they promised me new tires and do you know these folks tried to take my car back.?? They said they didn't sell the car for the right price and that the manager was gonna try and not fund the sale. At the end of the day, I got to keep the car, with no added fees or anything. But I would be hard pressed to buy from them again.

He really worked with me as far as my options getting rid of my previous vehicle, and really helpful and knowledgeable helping me pick out an Electric vehicle. My service advisor Stephen specialized in Nissan EV's. Stephen gave me his personal cell and said anytime I have any problems with my Ariya, don't hesitate to call or text. Because I bought the EV from them they offered me free charging for 12 months!! That's AWESOME! That will save me alot of money. Every time I charge my vehicle there the sales team treats me like family. Like I tell all my friends and clients, if you're in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, definitely go see their sales team they will take care of you. From sales to service, these guys know how to provide a great car buying experience.

    Made an early AM appointment for AC service. Was told it wound be 3-4 hours so I left it and went…read morefor breakfast. Came back and waited in the service area. While there, multiple customers came in with their cars, were serviced and left while I just waited. I finally had to go ask the ask what the status was, could not find my service rep, another one found the diagnostic result, sent it to me. It was exorbitantly expensive. After almost 9 hours, all I had accomplished was getting the diagnostic done. I'm sure the repair would be quality, but the customer service and the amount of time I had to wait, especially when my expectation was set to a much shorter timeframe is extremely frustrating. Lost an entire day of billable time, so this was a very expensive mistake. I will take the diagnostic, and go to a local repair guy to get it fixed less than they were quoting me.
