The "doctor" entered the door with 2 assistants. who looked terrified. She was unconcerned with what I said, began looking at my chart for the FIRST time after entering. She began telling me I had thin skin on my arms which she looked at from a distance. I mentioned I had allergies and she ran with it. She told me that my forearms were reacting to the dogs. She told me she "couldn't believe I wasted her time, because I came to her for a problem that was a "waste of her time". She spoke down to me for minutes, and my anger burst and I left after calling her a horrible woman. It's Steven's-Johnson Syndrome. It is caused by my migraine shot, which she told her nurse "I'm sure it's weight loss medicine". She had the emotional intelligence of a toddler. I have never felt so helpless in a "doctor's" office. I learned the hard way, that's how they get so much clientele. I don't want to make this post about that, but considering Dr. Chen is one of the rare doctors that obviously doesn't do this, it shouldn't go unsaid. Dr. Chen has taken care of me for 2 years. he revised a botched facelift I had and I needed several tweaks after, which he refused to charge me for. His staff could not be more kind. Britani, his office manager, has talked with me and has an ability to understand his clients on an emotional level. I know his level of care is genuine and he is an honest man, I have witnessed it first hand. In the plastic surgery world, it is rare. Because his office was 3 hours away, I had to spend the night near his facility after my revision. HOWEVER, he literally came to our hotel the next day to care for me there so that I didn't have to go into the office. I would recommend him on merit alone, but he also wants to get his work right and will tweak it if necessary without making you feel like a burden and without charging you through the nose for it.

I traveled to Beverly Hills desperately and all over the United STates in hopes to fix what dr Sean freeman did to my face. I lost all faith in myself and all doctors for 2 years before I could save enough money to get my nose fixed. God somehow directed a customer who came into my salon and highly recommend Dr Chen and after a thorough consult I decided on Dr Chen not only because his expertise but that he genuinely believes in customer satisfaction and if something were to go wrong he would try his best to achieve that result and not tell me the reason my nose was crooked was because my face was crooked as my previous Dr. Claimed. Dr chen and his staff were by my side throughout the whole experience not once did they leave my side and not once did they not answer my calls. It took him 4 1/2 hrs to fix the mess of a nose that I came in with and when I woke up the nurses had already helped me put back the rest of my clothing on. Unlike the last time where I was forced to stand up and dress myself still drunken with anesthesia. I will forever be a patient and I have also brought my 60 yr old mom in for a facelift by dr chen. I'm new to the area and I found this clinic online. When I first walked in the waiting room was…read morenice. But as I was brought around to the back of the clinic noticed how outdated all the equipment was. All the tools are extremely old and the machinery was outdated. The staff quoted my exam to be $160. I asked the staff to call my insurance to confirm before I agreed to treatment. They called and reassured me the patient pay amount was only $160. When I received the invoice over a month later, it showed a patient of balance of $260. I called the staff and they stated the $160 was an "estimate" and they have nothing they can do to lower the bill. After discussing this with my coworkers, I realized this is very common for this clinic, and they were not at all surprised when they heard what this clinic has done. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

So, I was giving the alternative to try jeuveau. I should have known better because of how I was asking the PA questions and she was very skeptical and hesitant with her answers that I should not have done it. But I tried it anyway thinking maybe it could be better. Afterwards, I talked to my sister who stated that it sounded really weird that Botox, of all things, would be on "backorder" and that she felt that I was pretty much bamboozled by them trying to push a new product because of the almighty dollar. As soon as she said it, I felt the same!! I was also told this was going to work faster than even the Botox. And it has done absolutely nothing!! I was able to see results within hours from Botox but not with this stuff. Nothing!! I don't suggest it. I'm 50 and only do Botox for the crease between my eyes. So, I have lost out on $165 for something that was suggested by the PA with her not even really knowing the effects of it because she even said she hasn't used it and that one's on me. Lesson learned. 3 stars bc I seriously feel now that I was nothing but a simple sale and now I'm stuck for 3 months of not being able to actually get Botox. Needless to say, the crease between my eyes seems to be more pissed off at this point. Maria, medical assistant, is awesomeness though!!! So 5 STARS for her!!! But then again, she had to know there was no Botox too.... Hmmmm.

Because they aim for a 20-30 yr old giving away LV purse for 1700.00 and makeup bag and cc holder. The office is clean, neat, and has a large selection of stylist glasses for shopping. After placing my glasses order, however the customer service dissipated. My glasses were late. The time required for production was predicted at a week and a half. It has been over two weeks and the order still reflects as "in process." When I call the office, I am either placed on an indefinite hold exceeding 15 minutes and no one returns to the call. Or, I am sent directly to voicemail and the call is not returned. If the only means to receive a status update is to physically visit the office, this is unacceptable.

I took a chance on going here as I seem to change companies almost every year due to inadequate service. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and asked what I needed! Rare these days. I was asked this by the other 2 people working there while I was there (I was there for over an hour because it takes me a long time to decide on frames). After picking out my frames I did get my lenses and price for them, a bit expensive due to them not accepting my EyeMed insurance, which was an error on my part reading the wrong location online. That is the only negative aspect of this was them not accepting my eye insurance. They seem to work with everyone, insurance or not, to get a better price than the base price. I was there long enough to see and hear interactions with other customers and I wasn't the only one who was waited on quickly and helped throughout their process. I picked up my glasses a few day's earlier than anticipated, Sally who assisted me did say it would be less than two weeks. She was great by the way! I was assisted immediately walking in even though he was already helping other people and another person walked in also behind me and was greeted just as nicely. This employee seemed to be the only one there at the time but still was helpful and very nice. My glasses fit great which is such a relief after a couple of years of glasses being such a mess.
