DRUNK AND HIGH DOCTOR I was recently seen at this office (and will never be back)! While I sat and waited over 15 mins completely undressed waiting on the PA I over heard the nurses outside my room talking about Dr Fitch and her taking Xanax at lunch to get high and treating the wrong spots on patients and that nobody cares. They were also talking about how drunk she gets before driving home and that the office manager and the PA knew about it and do nothing. How can these nurses and PA's know that the doctor that they are working for is high and drunk and mistreating patients and not say anything. The two nurses continued to bash the office and talk about how nasty it was and that the floors had never been mopped and that there was OSHA violations everywhere. I have visited Aiken Dermatology twice now. On both occasions I was called into the back soon after arriving, and the doctor sees me within a few minutes. It's nice not to have to wait for hours during an appointment. Dr. Fitch and all the staff I have dealt with have been friendly and professional. I agree with everyone Rude and stupid place!! Could not even make my husband's appointment with Stephen Rosier I didn't have his medical insurance cards in front of me. Our appointment today was TERRIBLE. I waited over an hour with my 4 month old... asked where a bathroom was with a changing table and was told they didn't have one nor anywhere for me to change my guy... had to change him on the chair in the waiting room because I wasn't even offer an empty exam room. At that time, the front office staff realized they had forgotten about me and had never given me my new patient paperwork. I was finally called back after being there for over an hour. Dr. Fitch came in at 2:18 and at 2:30 I had checked out, loaded my son into his car seat and into the car and was pulling out. All of that in 12 minutes! I'm so furious! I felt rushed and felt like she didn't listen to me... answer my questions... examine him... nothing! She prescribed me more of a steroid cream which I already have. Gave me a sample of a cream she doesn't recommend because it burns so bad??? Didn't tell me how, where, or when to use it... not that I will. Didn't ask me what I'd been using OTC or tell me what I could use OTC to help with his skin. Literally nothing. My husband and I are both healthcare providers within this community and I am VERY disappointed with the care my infant received today. Unacceptable all the way around. read more

Rude, unhelpful staff. I'm new to the area and had a sudden bothersome skin tag I needed removed. She practically laughed when I asked if I could get an appointment as soon as possible. So I asked if she could recommend another option and she said "I don't have an answer for you". I called a clinic in Augusta and got in that day thankfully. read more

I don't know why everybody's leaving such bad reviews. I had a great experience here. Everybody was very nice, and one thing that I noticed was every patient walking out all had a smile on their face. I Saw Dr. Stephen who is Dr. Fitch's assistant. He was very communicative and overall a really nice guy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dermatology office to friends and family. read more
