I called and expediency in how quickly they were able to see my Tanner was a relief. We received a warm friendly welcome upon arrival. His name was written on a plaque that hung outside door number 4. The stainless steel table had a thick plush mat for my baby to sit on so he wasn't cold. The facility was exceptionally clean inside and out. The staff and Tanner's doctor was kind and caring. For these reasons I will refer people to take their pets there.

I first connected with Loving Kindness to line up the inevitable for my first doggie Jelly. However, knowing the time wasn't quite right for that, with their guidance and excellent vet care, Jelly had more and better quality of life with me. Dr Dahlgren provided excellent care and was available when the going got tough, whether by text or visit and you know things always seem to happen after hours - and having Dr Dahlgren available to advise versus not knowing if a cold show up at some ER was warranted. Along with our primary vet at Betty Baugh's I am confident both Jelly and Boone got amazing care. Emma was visiting monthly and was always able to find the meds Boone needed at the mg best so I didn't have to cut pills etc and when you get a few meds going, it is very very helpful. Gail gave wonderful care with massages and Brandi was gentle and kind on the phone. Dr Dahlgren spent a complete Sunday reassuring me of how to get thru the day, from upping some anti nausea meds to a diet change. I sent pics of things I am sure she has seen before but who wants that diarrhea pic. I just love her and them. I am forever grateful.

The staff and doctors were friendly which is the only thing keeping it from one star but they…read morealways were trying to charge me for "mandatory" services and then wouldn't refill my dogs medicine without hundreds of dollars of labs that we had just done less than 3 months prior but they said it was necessary because it was a new year. I didn't have the money for their unnecessary tests so I asked if I could just get the refill and I would bring her in for labs the following week when I got paid. They said no and would refuse to help my dog. so I switched vets and realized how much of a rip off this place was.

Now after multiple disappointing experiences by local vets, we travel over an hour to Tally Oaks for our vet needs. We find them personable and no-nonsense.
