My dog can be a little anxious around new people, but Aundrea was incredibly patient, calm, and professional. It was obvious she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with, and that gave me a lot of confidence. Finding a groomer you trust isn't always easy, so I'm really happy I found Aundrea's. Walk in nail trim for a very timid under socialized rescue German Shepard. Possibly my dog's first time to a groomer. I've had this dog for about 3 weeks and was unable to trim her nails as she pulled her legs away whenever they were touched. Aundrea took time to get to know her, sitting on the floor and letting my dog initiate contact. Aundrea and her staff were professional in handling her and was able to trim all her nails despite my dog's protest. Aundrea also gave me tips on grooming and what tools to use.
