Good folks. Better plan on a good weeks wait which is ok meaning a lot of people are enjoying their service. They give my dog a good hair cut at a reasonable price. My little dog gets a short cut and wash for $90. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

We have a large dog...100-105lbs easy Bernease Mountain Dog, so keeping him clean and his fur looking fabulous is no easy task. Thank goodness for the amazing people working at Abbi's. They spoil that big baby and make him look so distinguished and sparkly. I love that I can send him somewhere and feel 100% at ease.

I've been taking my cat here for a few years for a shave (she is a long hair) and they do such a great job on her! I'm calling them the cat whisperers. Only caveat is you want to take your cat as early as 630 if possible so they work on them before the noisy and high energy dogs come in. My cat gets so stressed out as many cats do, but they do a seamless job and I know she is well taken care of because she's back to her silly self as soon as we get home. They even tell me she is a sweet cat. Well she isn't sweet to me if I try to shave her so I'll take it! I love the new location too!

My puppy will be one 2 years in October, I was super nervous about taking him to a groomer after having a horrible experience last year. I was absolutely shocked in the reaction I got from my puppy after just a couple visits. When we pull into the parking lot he gets so excited and I mean so excited. As soon as I open my car door he is ready to go, he starts spinning in circles and pulling me to the door. When we enter he is so excited and happy to see everyone inside, it's absolutely priceless! When I'm not happy with a cut or a smell they are quick to correct things and they take notes for next visit. They are always friendly and welcoming but that's just a bonus, to be honest with as happy as my puppy is at each visit that's all that really matters to me and is the icing on the cake. I'm reading some of these reviews and I'm taken back by them. Yes the outside is not the prettiest, but who cares. Never judge a book by its cover, I'm sure glad I didn't. Every time I go in, I see them loving on the puppies. They don't always see me enter but I see them and I see how calm and gentle they are. They have patience with the scared pups and they make adjustments for the older babies. I highly recommend Abbi's and it's a shame if you don't give them a real try

Allie is absolutely wonderful with my babies. She is so caring with the specific needs of each of my dogs and treats them like family! They always look and smell amazing after each grooming. I recently rescued a very traumatized boy and Allie was so good to him. Thank you so much for such amazing caring service.

The best groomer in the area. All the staff are so friendly and kind. They love our animals like they were their own. I love that you can leave your card on file so I dont have to bring my purse in as my husky gets wild when it time to leave. You can also send them a message on Facebook or Instagram to schedule an appointment. Thank you again for the great service. read more

This place is so amazing and the people are SO kind. I took my border collie for his first time ever at the groomers and was nervous because he can be anxious/reactive. We were so pleased by the service for Huckleberry! Huckleberry has not done well with some groomers. I don't remember the names of the groomer or phone rep, however they both were familiar with his breed and behaviors of nervous dogs and assured me that he was in good hands. The groomer took her time to make him comfortable with the environment and worked with him avoid problems in sensitive areas. Can't recommend Abby's Grooming enough!! Thank you! read more

I've been taking my cat here for a few years for a shave (she is a long hair) and they do such a great job on her! I'm calling them the cat whisperers. We've been bringing our Golden Doodle (4 months old) to Abbi's since September 2023. We are so pleased with the results of our pup's full grooming treatment every 4 or 5 weeks. His groomer always makes sure to ask if there are any changes in style and keeps us in touch when he's ready to be picked up. We are so happy the way our pup is treated by all. read more

I have been taking my dogs ( 75 lb chocolate lab and 20lb doodle) to abbi's since they were 12 weeks old. They have seen Heather and Allie at the shop and are always done within a timely manner, great pricing for the styles we get and treated extremely well. Every time I get them back they always have a cute bandana that goes with the time of year, smell amazing and are so soft! I would recommend any dog owners to go see this shop even if it's just for nail clippings. I never worry about leaving my fur babies there, It's family owned and you feel that they care for your pets just as much as you do. read more

I have a very high strung Gordon Setter who has never been to a groomer. She is a rescue dog and very leery of people. Recently she want swimming and became so Matted I could not get them out. Went to Abbi's met with Morgan who assured me Windy would be fine and we set an appointment. In fact Morgan had me bring her early so the salon would be quiet. I just picked up Windy she was happy, not stressed out and best of all the Matt's were gone. Thank you Morgan I will be back and have already booked an appointment. read more

We've been using Abbi's for over a year & our experience has always been positive until this time. The dogs were dropped off at the requested time & the employee confirmed that the grooming would be the same as previous visits. Upon pickup, two of the three dogs were very different than ever before.. And this was different i a positive way. Rather than going into details, suffice it to say, non requested areas were cut and other areas were not trimmed. When asked about one dog, we were told that the extra cutting was because of some matting.. Strange, in the past if there was ever a concern for needing to trim additional hair, they would call first to confirm. There was no calls on this visit. AND, the dog's eyebrows were also cut off, which certainly had nothing to do with matting. I'm not sure if they added new staff, got the dog cut records mixed up, or what. Thankfully, hair grows back & we can get the dogs groomed as prescribed elsewhere. read more

Made, what I thought was, an 8:30 reservation for today (4/25) to get my dog groomed. Took her in and was told they would call when they were finished and verified the phone number to call to reach me. Had not heard anything at 1:00 PM so tried calling Abbi's three times between 1:00 and 2:00 PM and got no answer. Left a voicemail asking that they call and let me know when I could get her. I got no response. Finally just went to the shop to see what was going on. When I got there she was done and I was told that she had been done for some time and that they had called my number three times and left messages saying I could pick her up. My phone did not indicate any incoming calls from Abbi's. Their response was "that's weird". I will definitely be looking for a new grooming service for next time. read more

This place is a total rip off, $65 for a basic grooming, which was just okay, nothing special. The people were very rude. Lastly, there was extremely limited parking. Unless you like throwing your money, avoid this place like the plague. read more

I cannot say enough positive remarks about this incredible Groomer. I have two rescue dogs. They're both eight years old. One is severely traumatized and has never been to a groomer. The other one also came to me very damaged but is doing much better. They moved heaven and earth to get us in early in the morning so that the dogs would not be scared. When I picked them up, they were happy and beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best Groomer. read more

The groomer we have been using for years moved and we took our long haired cat to get a summer cut at Abbi's. Very few groomers do cats and requires special training so was happy to find a family run business and local. They did an amazing job and such nice people all around. I dropped him off and was done in an hour. Highly recommend them!! read more

If you have a doodle, you know the coat can be a lot to manage. My doodle has a pretty curly coat, so having a careful, experienced groomer really matters. Susie (the owner) and her team always do a great job with her. I try to stay on top of brushing at home, but sometimes she gets into mud or water and I don't dry and comb her as well as I should... so she occasionally shows up a little matted. Susie and her team are always kind about it and get her looking great again. I also really appreciate that they communicate, like when they've called to let me know she was more matted than expected and that they might need a little more time to take her coat a bit shorter than planned. The biggest sign that this is a place that truly cares about dogs: my doodle is excited to go. As soon as we park and I open the car door, she pulls me straight to the shop door. No hesitation at all. Everyone here clearly knows and loves dogs, and it shows in how comfortable my doodle is there. After five years of bringing her here, I wouldn't take her anywhere else. My little love bug always comes home looking fantastic and happy. The photo I added here is post-zoomies shortly after we got home from grooming this afternoon. If you're looking for a groomer who understands doodle coats and genuinely cares about the dogs they work with, Grooming by Susie is the place.

Crystal the owner was sooo sweet and ensured me she would do just what I wanted and educated me as well on how grooming be done for this specific breed. The groomer did a great job & was very friendly, so I scheduled an appointment for a full groom on 4/19. The staff & groomer were very friendly during check in & I was nervous bc my golden can be a little rambunctious (he's still very young) & has only been professionally groomed one other time at Petco. I asked them to "clean up his edges" & we discussed trimming and evening out the feathers on his legs, abdomen, tail & buttocks + nails/paw pad shave. I didn't really inspect him when I picked him up (why would I? He looked clean, fluffy, not injured & eager to leave so no need to do a full inspection right then & there) - but when I got home and took a closer look I'm very disappointed. They literally accidentally shaved a chunk of fur off his back, they didn't trim his tail or butt at all and the trim job on his abdomen/leg feathers is so sloppy and uneven! I included photos. I'm sad to say Petco did a better job than this and even I myself have done a better job trimming him at home. When I picked him up I asked them how he behaved & they said that he was good/no issues, so not sure why this haircut happened (I'd understand an uneven haircut or a chunk of fur missing if he had been a nightmare and not cooperating but I was told he was a total sweetheart). For what I paid I'd expect at least even cutting & not a chunk of his fur missing. The fur on his chest was evenly trimmed & his paw pads/nails looked nice so at least there is that. I don't like writing negative reviews, especially when staff is friendly & I otherwise had a good experience - but really this haircut is so bad/uneven/they don't even trim half the areas I asked - for $150 (with tip) I feel cheated.

All of them were loaded with algae (you could hardly see in some) and pest snails. I saw multiple tanks with dead fish that needed to be removed. I feel compelled to write this review on behalf of those poor fish. Have some pride in your workplace and clean it up!

been going here for about a year and a half now. the first time we went we asked for a trim & they ended up completely shaving our dog. when we asked about it they said it was because of matting. we went again & it was good up until 4-5 months ago. they shaved her again, we did have matting again but it was only around her tail near her butt instead of just shaving that a little shorter & blending it they shaved the whole entire body again. then we went about a week ago & we made sure she had ZERO knots. we have a picture of what we wanted & she came back FULLY SHAVED AGAIN. we also asked for her ears & beard to be trimmed & it was very obvious they didn't even touch those areas. she's also uneven & has a bald spot on her butt. read more

This place destroyed my dog. I gave them a beautiful havanise and they hacked it up and shaved it bare. I can't imagine the moron that would take the dog i gave them and do what they did. I can't believe they have a business. read more
