The entire staff handled this WRONG. And another mother told me she would be filing CPS and licensing reports ... because the same staff member Sarah , treated her INFANT wrongly as well ... and thought it was funny. Also when you bring up legal affairs they will ( in the same breath) delete camera footage and tell you that you may only direct your concerns to higher up directors because you brought up legal affairs . They lie about involving higher ups when families are upset so that you do not reach out yourself . The directors allow their staff to let new babies cry for long periods of time . They hire idiots that know nothing about the law or how to care for peoples INFANTS. And should be cited for deleting camera footage ,before the 30 day waiting period .

While there is no audio, I have been happy to see him begin to integrate into the class. I also enjoy getting the little summaries of his day each day. This daycare is negligent, incompetent, incapable, unprofessional , immature and unwilling. The children are at the mercy of whichever childcare provider is in their classroom and administration is oblivious of how the children are being cared for or in the case of my child, lack there of. After the first week of attendance, my child caught a cold. Thereafter, every two weeks I was nursing my child back to health after repeated colds. Two to three months later, my child caught Hand Foot Mouth TWICE in the matter of one month. That was the FIRST time I submitted my withdrawal request. I had already dealt with a disgruntled employee who wanted to argue with me over misplaced diapers, couldn't feed my child, had no experience, expertise, or suggestions to offer other than I should make my child's food myself. I was now prepared to take my third child where I raised my previous two children. Why did I even bother trying somewhere new? I simply wanted a new experience and I wanted the camera to at least feel near my child. Some good that did as they have areas in the room they place your child where you can not see them. They also blur out sections of the camera when they see you are checking in. This daycare is dysfunctional. There is so much more that can be said but the point of this review is to have my experience noted as a point of reference. To the few staff who are stellar and were the goodness that kept me confused as to how they could be so great and the facility could be missing the mark as a whole, thank you from the depth of my heart! Please read the reviews that extend over the past 15yrs of this daycare. I experienced the EXACT same thing, present day. Constant change of staff in one day from drop off to pick up, no one knew anything on feeding schedules, babies crying, staff overwhelmed at times. The same rockstars mentioned over the years are the same few that I experienced: Ms Teresa, Ms Sharketer and most recently Ms Diamond and Ms Mackayla. My child did not begin to learn, have structure, or anything that resembled stability until placed with Mrs. B. Management had no remedy other than to spy on parents and staff to see if they could catch something in action. Administration or main office, admitted they've been trying to figure out why that place is a revolving door! It's because they lack the actual skill to make changes and flesh out ALL staff to provide adequate care (behind the scenes) and the daycare has gossip culture. Rather than fixing things they just talk about you and your child, all while neglecting things like paying attention to the needs of the child and disinfecting. Children are not one size fits all. You would think a daycare would know that.

The staff is warm, welcoming & professional. From what I seen, it seems like the activities are engaging, educational, and fun--perfect for his age group! It's clear the curriculum is thoughtfully designed to help children grow academically and socially. We are a military family and they helped us through the whole process of trying to get the military subsidy situated. I appreciate the fact that they were very knowledgeable and helpful through this whole process and patient as we kept pushing our son's start date back to make sure the military subsidy was approved before we begin. If I had to say something that could use improvement and this is a stretch here, they did tell me that they would be taken more pictures of my son throughout the day, I have received some, but not as many as I thought I would have received, but nonetheless, I do appreciate the pictures they send! I highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a caring and stimulating environment for their child

Ms. Alice runs this program and she is THE BEST! Very friendly, easy to talk to, professional and has just as much energy as the children! Even though Bella is in the Medio class, I have met the teachers in Piccolo and Grande class as well and they are wonderful! Kudos to you Ms. Alice for selecting and hiring such amazing teachers! This school is connected to Brightwheel, an App which allows you to see videos, pictures, classroom work and messages, real time. This school teaches by doing! They have chefs come in on certain days and teach our children cooking skills but more importantly, healthy living! They have exercise trainers come in on certain days to teach our children the importance of staying active and exercising the body and playing outside! This morning when I dropped Bella off, the Medio teacher had the children sitting in a circle, she would call a child's name and that child had to get up and go to the classmate whom the teacher would name, and greet them with a "Good morning ----". Teaching them manners and morals. I think some adults need to attend this school. Lol. They have scheduled breakfast, lunch, nap and afternoon snack. If the school has to close early or will not be opening due to weather, you receive a notification immediately. The only reason Bella is leaving this school is because she is moving to another state. If I could give this place more stars, they would be a 10!!!

My son was a late bloomer when it came to talking however, once he started going to school everyday we seen improvement with everything he do. Even his range of imagination grew. Amazing. I will definitely recommend this school. The schools curriculum is not all about preschool oral language, literacy, mathematics, and science but just learning the ways of life through all aspects and the environment around them and based on the students interest through the self guided curriculum this is a great place for a little learner to be.
