I have a baby boy in the Toddler room with Mrs. Robin and assistant teachers ( Mrs. Hamida and Miss Brittany. The love given to the kids is definetly seen and felt everyday at drop off, pick up and in between. My son loves to go into the classroom and is so happy at pickup. He is learning and gaining great social skills under his teachers guidance. They created such a fun and nurturing environment here. I love most how Mrs. Robin always informs me about his day and cute little details about him or his day. That means so much to me. My other son is in preschool 1 with Mrs. Twin and Mrs. Aniya. They are also extremely well at what they do. My son really enjoys coming into class with them. Not once does he fight me at drop off. He is really learning so much so fast and making great friends. He is happy under their guidance and most importantly I know he is comfortable in their care. That gives me so much relief in my time apart from him. And cant forget to mention Infant A room! This was my first experience with daycare and Mrs. Michele and Mrs. FiFi really set the bar high. Truly genuine amazing care. All the teachers and staff really put their hearts into their jobs and you see and feel the love for all the kids. read more

If I could give this daycare center no stars, I would but to post a review, I had to give at least one star. I would not recommend taking your child to this establishment. It is very unprofessional, and the owner does not care about the children's well-being. couldn't be happier with the care my 3-year-old son has received at The Learning Experience. He started attending recently, and the progress he's made in just a short time is noticeable. The staff is warm, welcoming & professional. From what I seen, it seems like the activities are engaging, educational, and fun--perfect for his age group! It's clear the curriculum is thoughtfully designed to help children grow academically and socially. We are a military family and they helped us through the whole process of trying to get the military subsidy situated. I appreciate the fact that they were very knowledgeable and helpful through this whole process and patient as we kept pushing our son's start date back to make sure the military subsidy was approved before we begin. If I had to say something that could use improvement and this is a stretch here, they did tell me that they would be taken more pictures of my son throughout the day, I have received some, but not as many as I thought I would have received, but nonetheless, I do appreciate the pictures they send! High teacher turnover. In comparison to my experience with my other kids at Childtime before Covid this was also subpar educationally. My son isn't prepared for kindergarten nearly as year and a half of PreK here. In conjunction to poor teaching they do not ensure nor have any practices in place for other children with poor behavior. So your child is liable to be assaulted by other kids whom are in need of behavioral assistance. They also increase tuition quarterly. read more

I was initially impressed with the level of care and quality of education provided until a change in management. The owner of this location seems to be removed from the core of the services provided and changes staff--great staff at whim. This stated, the environment is chaotic and unpredictable. My standards are very high and was one of the reasons I chose to tour The Learning Experience, after I researched them online. But after my tour at this facility I highly disliked this particular Learning Experience. Upon walking in we could easily access the building without being buzzed in or using a key fob - - - major security violation, as once you are inside you have direct access to all the classrooms. My fear skyrocketed immediately with all the crazies in this world. The front desk reception area seemed highly chaotic and disorganized...there were a bunch of employees here and there and papers everywhere on the counter. It didn't look very organized at first glance. We were supposed to be given the tour by the Director or Business Manager...I thought both were available after speaking on the phone a couple of times, but they chose to send us to one of the classrooms to meet a teacher, who then gave us the "tour", if you want to call it that. The teacher was really nice and sweet though and answered my questions, but I still didn't have an overall good impression. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was their camera system. They apparently have live cameras, but they don't "record." So if something were to happen to my child I'm not able to see the incident on replay. That's very, very strange. They can tell me anything happened, but how do I know that's what REALLY happened??? Seems like they are using this method as "protection" from any type of litigations. And then when the "tour" was over and I went back to the front reception it was then that I asked more questions about the tuition rate/fees. So they are charging ALOT per month for my child's age category. I said to myself that what I viewed today the cost was NOT adding up. And I absolutely can afford the tuition (I didn't toil & sweat, with blood & tears over the years to just send my child anywhere), as I knew the general rate before scheduling the visit and wouldn't have wasted time I barely have these days...but I'm not seeing the cost justification. The tuition rates were written down on this old-looking piece of paper that had seen better days--the old price had been marked thru and the new rate written in pen underneath. Odd, so it may just be me, but small things like this represent professionalism and pride in your place of business. If you have new rates create and print a new, updated document. I'm all about professionalism and first impressions. Maybe my feelings would have been completely different with some changes to the overall experience. Like actually meeting with one of the administrative staff to begin with, not a teacher, who was clearly busy in her classroom. And from the front area to the entire building, I had a sense of claustrophobic, it felt really small and cramped throughout. This is just a side note, but when I returned to the reception area, I noticed one of the teachers or aides, in one of the older kids room, staring at me in a weird, angry kind of way. Maybe she was upset over something that had happened, I dunno, but I wouldn't want my child around that demeanor. Also I absolutely hate how you have to drive to enter the place...a U-turn if you are coming from the opposite direction. I know it's not the centers fault, but this can become quite annoying day after day. Overall the entire visit was quite unsettling and just didn't feel right to me. And I have learned to just trust my instinct over the years. I was so upset I was crying on the way home. I had such high hopes, but it seems they are just not the place for us. As a first time mom I have to feel very assured leaving my baby and I didn't feel reassured at this facility, hence my frustration and tears. And this was supposed to be one of the better, higher rated centers....I just didn't see it. So upsetting. I understand that not everything is for everybody and I'm okay with that. So many well wishes to the other parents/caregivers, but this one is a no for my family and I. read more

DO NOT BRING your child here, i scheduled a tour for my child, when i arrived i tried to open the doors but they have a key fab lock and it had to be opened from the inside but there was no one to let me in for about 5-10 minutes, when i finally got in, they forgot about the tour i had scheduled and was rambling around and rushing through it , the tour lasted less than ten minutes and was very uninformational, i did not get the chance to even meet my childrens possible teachers. i then proceeded to the bathroom it was a mess and when i came out i overheard the staff in the front talk bad about their employees. i forgot to mention my tour was during lunch time and i saw a teacher serving lunch with no gloves and there was an inadequate amount of food to feed all of the children, they were getting restless because they were still hungry and being denied more food. The director speaks very fast and is so nonchalant that it felt like she did not care about me or my child. read more

TLE is great! The teachers care about the kids and try their best to keep parents informed. Miss Arte is outstanding in that she is naturally responsive to family needs. When we left one day care provider and transitioned to TLE, Miss Arte didn't bother to bash the old center, but was sympathetic to some of the challenges I brought to her attention. My experience at TLE has been great so far. The staff, teachers and administration are super friendly. My kids have been there about 2 mos and are doing so well compared to their last daycare. The teachers are sweet and nurturing. Their curriculum is very vast and touches on many different aspects of developing the whole child. Great Child Care is very hard to find. We interviewed the 'Director' prior to signing our children up for this school, and things seemed impressive. However, after a few weeks there; we realized that although corporate has a great vision for the school; the Waldorf location is poorly managed to say the least. My heartbreaks to send my kids there daily. The school is totally disorganized; the teachers are so not teacher material from the way they dress to the way they talk; to the way they engage with the students. The good teachers... the ones who care become unmotivated because from the top down there is no passion for what teaching and caring for kids should be. We pay over $1900.00 a month flat rate, outside of the extras that are asked for. With that said, we expect well rounded childcare. Not arrogant young teachers (Nancy) who thinks she's knows it all; or passive and lazy disinterested teachers who could care less. We want smiles, engagement, proper grammar, cleanliness, happy teachers... to say the least. My opinion is that Eric needs to CLEAN HOUSE top to bottom. Decide what type of school he wants to own and be known for. What he wants these children and their parents to experience at each touch point. Create a mission statement and interview each teacher him self to ensure that their vision and mission is inline with his, therefore being inline with the Company/School. Honesty, most of these teachers need to go, or either be trained on what is expected daily and follow through with it. It would be nice to also see some diversity there.
