Ms. Alice runs this program and she is THE BEST! Very friendly, easy to talk to, professional and has just as much energy as the children! Even though Bella is in the Medio class, I have met the teachers in Piccolo and Grande class as well and they are wonderful! Kudos to you Ms. Alice for selecting and hiring such amazing teachers! This school is connected to Brightwheel, an App which allows you to see videos, pictures, classroom work and messages, real time. This school teaches by doing! They have chefs come in on certain days and teach our children cooking skills but more importantly, healthy living! They have exercise trainers come in on certain days to teach our children the importance of staying active and exercising the body and playing outside! This morning when I dropped Bella off, the Medio teacher had the children sitting in a circle, she would call a child's name and that child had to get up and go to the classmate whom the teacher would name, and greet them with a "Good morning ----". Teaching them manners and morals. I think some adults need to attend this school. Lol. They have scheduled breakfast, lunch, nap and afternoon snack. If the school has to close early or will not be opening due to weather, you receive a notification immediately. The only reason Bella is leaving this school is because she is moving to another state. If I could give this place more stars, they would be a 10!!!

The schools curriculum is not all about preschool oral language, literacy, mathematics, and science but just learning the ways of life through all aspects and the environment around them and based on the students interest through the self guided curriculum this is a great place for a little learner to be.

The staff is warm and welcoming - answering any and all questions - AND I can tell they truly care about the children - all of the guides know the kids, and whenever I walk into the school, the administrators tells me all about the kids' day and what milestones they've achieved...and I'm not talking about just their designated teachers, it's all of the staff. I was running errands over the weekend and two staff members ran up to me and the kids to say hello, they were excited to see them and it was the weekend! I know it takes A LOT of patience to work with children daily but I truly feel that the administrators at this school genuinely care about the students.

The teachers take time to teach them reading and writing and all the basic learning skills to prepare them for Kindergarten. My husband and I love their curriculum and daily activities. The facility is huge and very clean. We never have issues dropping the kids off in the morning because they loved going everyday. The teachers and aides are very caring and attentive. We were sorry we had to move out of the area otherwise our children would still be going to Future Leader Learning Center.

Prior to finding Nicolette I interviewed 9 providers and my 1 year old son didn't like any of them. When we first met Nicolette there was a feeling of relief. My son took to her instantly. She is a very happy person who genuinely enjoys what she does. She is not just a babysitter, she actually teaches and has a great time with the little ones. She is professional, organized, and an all around good person. She always send pictures and updates on the progress of my son on a consistent basis. My son was there only 4 days and started walking. She has taught him words, gestures, how to cover his mouth when coughing, how to eat with a spoon/fork, and tons of other things. I am so thankful for her. He has been going to her for a few months and nothing about her has changed. I love her hours (6a-6p Mon-Fri) and the fact that she provides drop in care.
