I got hard eggs, burnt sausages patties and decaffeinated coffee. No regular coffee available at 8:30 in the morning. The guy said sure, come down by 3 and we'll get that to you. I went down at 3 on Tuesday. Bring the papers identifying the gender, I state I'm the father and don't want to know the gender. They said they had no order for me so I would have to place one and I'd get the cake Thursday. Okay. Again I reiterate not to have an identifiers on the outside of the cake. Worried the message wasn't received, I called Wednesday evening to ensure they understood. They couldn't find my order. Finally found it. Said sure thing come in tomorrow, Thursday. I again reiterated to have all plain white cake on the outside. No markers of what the gender is. I go to get the cake today, Thursday. And as the lady brings it out, it has writing stating the sex of our baby with the matching colors as the border. All the exact opposite of what I wanted and ordered. I am extremely frustrated and disheartened that the special moment my wife and I were hoping to share was ruined.
